i turn 25 at the end of this year what a lol
as usual, life is not what i expected at this age, but hey i’ve made big life choices and stuff so maybe it’s not too bad?
the most humbling compliment i’ve ever received is when someone told me that they thought i had my life together. does anyone ever have their life together????? is this what adulthood? feeling incredibly inadequate but doing just enough to keep your head slightly above water???

2018 has been a rollercoaster so here i am tinting my brows

i turn 23 in like 4 days ??
you know it’s been a heckin big year i’ve barely used tumblr as my personal diary.

i’m 22 now and my life is still all over the place? waiting for the moments of quietness where i’ll actually know what i’m doing with my time and won’t be looking 10 years into the future.
i haven’t spent much time in reflection or writing this year and i feel it. there are so many things that have happened that i haven’t put to paper yet, and it feels like i could burst with words and feelings.
for the first time in my 22 years of life i actually have a long term plan. i’ve never been so sure of what i want and yet here we are. i used to be so in control of my day to day, week to week, knowing exactly what i was doing and where i was supposed to be. now i can barely make it through a day without forgetting what i’m doing in 48 hours.

started 2018 by waking up at 12am on the dot (only thanks to the fireworks that went off by my window) and witnessing God's sustaining hand at work. occasionally i feel emotions and stuff, and currently i am feeling excited for another year of growth and knowing the creator. here's to 2018 being a year of and for Him.

i posted this six years ago??? ?? ? ?? i’d like to think that the creator has shaped me into this kind of person
i feel fragile. at any moment, someone could give me the slightest of pushes and i would fall and shatter into a million pieces. being held together by a very fine thread, bursting at the seams. i can’t keep being disappointed- it hurts too much
five years later and this still makes me feel things
lying on my bedroom floor scared to say how i feel because everything weighs heavier if it’s true.
