“ I completely agree. There’s way to many cute boys around here to just be with one.”
“Yay! Someone who gets my struggle!”
“Don’t sweat it, dude. I might just do it myself. Who’s Joey, though?”
“Joey is my pet otter, but he acts like a dog. He get overwhelmed when there’s more than five people, though.” He explained. To him, it seemed like having a pet otter was the most normal thing ever.
“Okay, question; are you seriously dtf right now? Like, it’s the middle of the day and we’re in a very public spot. I mean, there’s enjoying the risk of getting caught, and then there’s just plan ol’ getting caught. Which is never fucking fun.” Micah put his hands up to his eyes to shield himself against the sun, his brows raised in questioning.
Austin gave a cute little shrug. “Well, we could always move somewhere more private.” He said, reaching out and drawing little patterns in Micah’s leg hair.
“At this point, I feel like polyamory might be my best option.”
Micah glanced over at the shorter boy, squinting from the almost blinding sunshine. “You know, I can’t tell if that’s a serious question or not,” he said with a chuckle. “And I don’t know how I feel about that.”
‘Well, I guess the seriousness depends on your answer.” He said, giggling a bit. He kept staring at the other’’s body, unable to really control himself.
Micah lay shirtless under the cool shade of the outdoor bleachers, his shirt folded under his head like a make shift pillow. He’d been up most of the night writing a book reported he’d completely forgotten about, as well as skyping one of the kids he tutored; basically dictating what he should write, word for word, and now he was exhausted. He was just about to give into his all consuming urge to nap when the sound of soft footsteps on the grass drew his attention, “Unless you have a smoke, or food, please don’t talk to me.” He said half laughing, half yawning, “—Actually, I wouldn’t mind the company. Once it has nothing to do with tutoring.”
“What about a blowjob?” Austin said, half-joking as he looked over the other boy. He sat on the end of the bench, near Micah’s feet. He couldn’t lie about how attractive Micah was, even if the other was rather rude to him.
Adam instantly blushed at the compliment – he wasn’t so nervous because he received a compliment from a boy when Adam himself was too busy being a nerd to care about the genitals of whoever he was attracted to, but it was more of a problem that he was never really used to receiving them and he didn’t know how to react at all when he did get them. “Ha, I, uh… t-thanks. Yeah,” he stammered, cursing himself internally for letting his wit instantly crumble at the mention of a stupid fucking compliment. “Yeah, hide-and-seek is fun, but I suck at it. I think my nerdy aura is so potent that it can literally be seen from like, 50 feet away,” he joked.
Austin laughed at the other’s comment. “Or they smell your cologne or bodyspray or whatever that is.”
“School’s only just started, but I already need to get drunk. Who’s throwing the first party of the school year?”
“Um, I would, but it sounds like we might get in trouble.” He said, nervously playing with his fingers. “Plus, Joey isn’t good with crowds.”
Adam just laughed even harder at the boy in front of him – he just found his reactions hilarious. “What can I say? I’m a dark, brooding, emotional, grim dude,” he said with a sarcastic grin on his face. “Yeah, but where’s the fun in that?”
“Well, I’ll forgive you ‘cause you’re gorgeous.” He said, smiling once again. “Hide-and-seek is lots of fun.”
“Oh yeah? What kind? So, you play sports too?”
“I like things like Final Fantasy and LEGO games.” He said with a smile. “I’m actually a gymnast. Most people say it’s not a sport, but it’s in the Olympics, so screw them.”
He couldn’t help but laugh at the boy in front of him. “Well, you got me there. Plus if there’s like a mass-murderer on the loose and we all need to take cover, you’ve got more options for hiding spots.”
Austin made a face. “That’s a pretty grim way of looking at it.” He said, looking at Adam rather fondly still. “You could’ve just said hide and seek.”
“definitely not. more like about 80% of the guys here are assholes.”
“Well that doesn’t seem fair. Maybe half.”
“True, but like five inches isn’t a huge difference. I stand by what I said.”
“Well, at least I’m cute and sexy.” He said, sticking his tongue out a little.
“I’ll j-just go with the text or call bit for now, thanks though.” He awkwardly grinned back. “For fun? Well, movies, video games, painting… I don’t know really. No one has ever asked that before.”
“I like video games too. I just don’t get too much time to play them with all my training.”
