Daily rant.

My family has let religion be their guide to not making better choices. My grandma is a diabetic who at seventy five years old just got BOTH of her legs amputated…….when she was first diagnosed in her early fifties the doctors told her what to stop eating and doing…..and instead of trusting the wisdom GOD gave doctors to help her, she continued to do what she wanted with the mentality “God got Me” “all I have to do is pray and it’ll go away” and to me that is the most ASININE way of thinking!! It enrages me how many family members I have that have this mentality it’s absolutely ridiculous, now she’s sitting here in pain and looking worse for wear and all because she chose not to listen to god twenty years ago when he first tried to tell her!!!
