super, super private with low activity (i say, but it really depends on where my hyperfixation goes) for Blue from Pokemon Special, and very headcanon based with cherry picking from canon; this blog is super selective, mutuals only and you can call me kelpy.
While canon, she is not set to any particular point in the manga timeline, though I do default to 17 years old unless otherwise plotted, which would be the… end of Emerald arc, I believe? I’m willing to fiddle with timelines to place her anywhere though. She’s manga based, no game influence character-wise.

▍ ❝ Canon/OC Friendly I RP with canon and OCs alike, I don’t mind either one. I do however, reserve the right to drop a thread for any reason, though I’ll try to talk to you about it. Discord is available to mutuals on request. Just please be aware I suffer from social anxiety so my conversational skills are not great.
▍ ❝ Boundaries This is an 18+ blog; I am 36 and prefer to rp with adults. My preference is 21+. Mutuals only! If I take awhile to answer something just gimme a yell.
▍ ❝ ON BLOCKING. I can and will use the block button if I feel the need; no I will not justify why I've blocked someone if I do feel the need to do so. If I've hardblocked you, it is 100% because you make me uncomfortable, we've had previous drama on other blogs/in discord and I don't wish to rekindle it, or you simply post a lot of my triggers untagged and I'm doing it for my own mental health. These are the reasons I hardblock. If I've softblocked, then it's either because we've never interacted despite being mutuals and I'm cleaning up my dash, or you're a new follower but I can't see us interacting. I will also softblock if we are non mutuals and you continue to like my inbox/starter calls. If you refollow and still continue the behavior it will shift to a hard block.
-> on that note, FNAF blogs will be hardblocked on sight, they trigger my horror animatronics phobia and even if we never interact just having them in my space makes me uncomfortable.
▍ ❝ SHIPPING. I'm a chemistry shipper; I am always open to the idea, so if you think a ship could happen then feel free to say so! I'm willing to discuss it or other pre-established relationships. Just be aware that if the muse themselves has no interest then shipping's unlikely. Blue flirts a lot! She finds it fun, and mischief and teasing are some of her favorite things to do.
-> If I tag a meme with active ships only, then it's for people I'm actively shipping with or we've agreed on an endgame ship rather than just for anyone to send. If I have a ship tag with your url for our muses, it's an active ship. If I do not, then it is not.
-> When it comes to "mains"; if Blue is talking about that particular character in an NPC role, you're welcome to assume that she's speaking about one of the listed blogs specifically, as it's likely something that happened with one of them. They're typically blogs I interact with a lot who she has some sort of development or ship with. That's pretty much all it means.
-> Blue is 11-17 by default and a minor unless it's specifically later in the timeline; so while nsfw topics may come up they'll be more along the lines of canon typical violence, child abuse/kidnapping, etc. All stuff that happens in the manga.
▍ ❝ DRAMA. Unless someone's an active predator or you know they're causing harm and have seen me interacting with them (and if I am interacting then I am unaware of this information, I promise), don't involve me in the drama thank you. I have just enough spoons and energy to manage my own blacklist of people I do not interact with, I do not need to be curating your space for you too by tracking who you do and do not get along with. Just use savior/xkit to block their url and remove them from the dash and keep going. I tag urls both for organization and to make it easier for people to block reblogs from blogs they don't want on their dash for this reason.
▍ ❝ TRIGGERS. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE TAG HORROR, EXPLICIT CREEPY PASTA, JUMP SCARES AND GORE/EXCESSIVE GORE (Images only, text is fine.) WITH TW/CW HORROR. Please also tag dolls, ball joint, porcelain and very life like dolls in particular with horror. Dolls that are very clearly toys such as barbie dolls don't need to be tagged. BJD is also an acceptable tag for dolls. Animatronics and horror game puppets such as those in Five Nights At Freddy's and the Poppy Playtime also fall under this. Regular puppets such as muppets do not.
▍ ❝ MEMES Ask memes can always be continued and turned into a thread, no question! Feel free to reply/reblog or move it to a new thread if you wanna continue it and I'll likely reply. If I'm not feeling like it needs to be continued I'll let you know so we can plot something anyway. Memes don't expire so feel free to send one in regardless of age.
-> if you do send in an older meme, please try to send either the entire prompt or include a note of which meme it's from, because a lot of memes use the same symbols/numbers so if you don't, I will assume it's from the last meme I reblogged using those symbols/numbers and answer accordingly.
Non mutuals may send me headcanon and ooc memes, but ic memes are for mutuals only. If you send an ic meme, I may or may not reply, but if I do it will not be turned into a thread.
▍ ❝ STARTER CALLS AND MULTIS Going forward, if a multimuse likes a starter/inbox call, they are required to include the muse they want me to send an ask/write a starter for, either in an IM or in a reply to the call post, or they will not receive anything. I've had too many people ask me for an interaction only to ignore it and never reply because it wasn't for the muse they actually wanted, even after telling me to send it for whatever muse I wanted to send it for. I also tend to struggle to choose a muse and then think of something to write if I'm not given a muse to direct it towards. The only exceptions to this rule are if we have spoken ooc often about muses I'd like to interact with, or if I only interact with one or two of your muses anyway, in which case they're the ones I'm going to default to unless you ask otherwise.
▍ ❝ ACCESSIBILITY I use small text and minimal formatting. I ask that if you use colored text, you be aware that I use the low contrast blue theme for the tumblr dash as it's the only one that doesn't hurt my eyes, and as a result some colors (such as green) are basically illegible on that color scheme. I have the xkit color remover extension that strips color from text when it's on the dash (so I won't see it if you use color in your formatting for any reason such as emphasis on the dash), but it does not strip color when editing/reblogging a post. You may want to adjust the colors you're using when replying to me, if you want to keep using them. In a similar vein, if you need me to use normal sized text instead of small, don't hesitate to say so! I can adjust for you no problem.
