On this day, 1 year ago, we were all blessed by a truly magical moment. A beautiful slow-burn love that had been slowly blooming across 8 seasons finally reached its peak, and two adorable lovebirds confessed their feelings for each other and shared an unforgettable first kiss.

The Bumbleby confession scene will forever be one of the best moments in all of RWBY. As Monty Oum himself said, "True love must be earned." And boy, did these two earn that love.
