in times like this I remember what brynn said about her experience winning tda and I truly hope all the dancers last night realize how much of an accomplishment it is to get as far as they did at tda, I hope the new bd winners are able to be happy and celebrate and not have to interact with any negativity, all those dancers are amazing and at the end of the day it is just a dance competition.

Hey so let’s maybe not keep dancing intensely when having severe injuries that will affect dancers far past their dance career and if not taken care of soon could end their entire career of simply just walking :) just an idea!

You don’t know all the details. You don’t know whether that surgery could end her dance career for life or “for a few months.” You don’t know how agonizing it’s been for her to reach this decision. And you don’t know what her God can do for her.

She is a CHILD who has been through a lot in the last 6 months. Let’s support her instead of a) shitting on her faith and 2) mouthing off when we have no idea what she’s been through to reach this point. You may not agree with her decision but it has 0 bearing on you. So leave her alone.

Except here’s the thing, dancing with an injury will only make it worse. She is going through a lot, and she could go through so much more if she continues to dance injured it could make it worse. I don’t see anything wrong with being critical of someone who is dancing with an injury. 

The parents should be encouraging her to do what is best for her health. Yes, I’m sure not being able to dance for awhile could effect her mentally but imagine her getting really seriously injured and it effecting her ability to do everyday things due to an injury that will also greatly effect her health (both mental and physical)
