A younger Ansbach would definitely be more showy with his chivalrous displays. He’ll use more “respectful” titles (“honorable [name]”, “good [name]”, Sir, Lady, etc …), always offering to carry things for you, maybe dedicates a friendly spar between him and another knight to your name …
Time with him is typically spent in a gentle, comforting silence between lovers. Usually you’re both in some comfy shared space with him either reading or catching up on work while you do some other relaxing activity.
