i just use this as something to scroll through peacefully when i'm small and/or stressed, no thoughts just pretty pictures

Thinkin about being little after a long, stressful day at work/school and getting to be babied before you even get home.

Your caregiver picks you up in their car instead of having to drive yourself and they buckle you up nice and tight into your perfectly you-sized baby carseat in the backseat. They give you a bottle of your favorite drink to sip on during the ride and a plushie to cuddle. They drive you to a fast food place and get you your favorite kids meal that you can eat when you get home. The buzzing of the car as it drive down the highway and the quiet sounds of the radio in the background soothe all of that stress away immediately.

Once you get home you get unbuckled and carried (or if you’re too big, your hand is held) inside. From there you’re carer turns on your favorite movie or tv show and you can eat your meal while babbling away about whatever funny things have happened to you that day. If you’re nonverbal like me you can just bounce happily in your chair and enjoy some coloring or toys while you eat too!

Once you’re done eating it’s up to you to decide what you wanna do. Maybe cuddle your caregiver? Take another nap? Finish what’s on the TV? No matter what you choose you know you’ll be happy because you know your caregiver will be there for you tomorrow too. And the day after that, and the day after that.

💭imagining my caregiver taking care of me during my paranoia episodes

Him keeping me distracted and making sure I’m not left alone and reading me books and playing with toys with me to keep me calm, keeping anything that triggers me away from me and not letting me spiral, giving me my paci and rubbing my back until I feel safe enough to fall asleep and escape the paranoia, reassuring me nothing is going to happen to me and no one will hurt me, telling me it’s okay to be scared and I’m not bad for being scared of him sometimes

Paranoia sucks so bad, I wish I wasn’t alone right now, I’m so scared. Sorry this if post isn’t as lighthearted as usual and doesn’t make much sense, I’m not feeling great

She can be a big girl and walk to her room, right? Picking up her blanket, something soft and pastel blue that normally never leaves her room ‘cause she doesn’t want anyone to know she likes something so babyish, she sits up and hugs it close for just a second. It’s probably okay to bring it now. She thinks she might need it.
