Max's first win this year is gonna hit soooo good. Like Max is going to breathe a sigh or relief on the radio and GP is going to say something like "long overdue Max" and Max will laugh and say "yeah. Great work guys. Thank you." And then he's going to run into the teams waiting arms and they're going to pat him on the head and say "that's my boy" and then the Dutch national anthem will play and Max will smile in a way we haven't seen in months and maybe even bounce a bit on his tippy toes because he just feels such emence joy and relief because the team finally listened to him and they do love him and he can win with them and it's going to be simply lovely and I'm going to cry

there’s this prevailing thought among fans that the era of max’s reign is behind us and I can’t tell you how much it annoys me. almost every comment about max is some variant of “max these days is a rookie mentor” or “max achieved everything in this sport I wouldn’t be surprised to see him retiring”. we’re now onto the new generation and new champions while max is something from the past

max is currently in his prime (or not even in it yet) and given a good car he is perfectly capable of destroying the entire grid. there’s more to come and this sport will be crying about how tired they are of him winning again and I can’t wait to see it. this is still max’s era we’re just currently on a few years long ad break

Just to name a few:

Oscar Piastri did A-levels in Maths, Physics and Computer Science

Arvid Lindblad either did or is currently doing A-levels in maths and chemistry

Carlos Sainz was forced by his dad to get to a uni entrance exam, meaning he has finished school and has the required qualifications.

Yuki Tsunoda WENT to uni and dropped out for racing.

Nico Rosberg rejected an offer from Imperial College London to study some sort of engineering.

While not having A-levels (which aren’t even compulsory so idk what Wolff is on about) Lewis Hamilton, Oliver Bearman and George Russell all have their GCSEs. Lando Norris is actually the only current British driver (Including Alex Albon) to NOT have his GCSEs. Pierre Gasly has the Baccalaureate. Charles did whatever they do in Monaco i don’t know. Fernando Alonso and Nico Hulkenberg both finished secondary education. Liam Lawson did education in NZ before moving to Europe. Lance Stroll did his education in Switzerland.

There are actually only 7 drivers who didn’t complete compulsory education. Lando Norris, Max Verstappen, Esteban Ocon, Sergio Perez, Gabriel Borteleto, Franco Colapinto and Isack Hadjar.

68.2% of the current grid completed compulsory education. And then there’s also Nico Rosberg cause i love that guy and wanted to bring him up!
