Legolas
I just adore this photo of Legolas I took. I love how dramatic it looks.
I haven’t been posting too much due to work but I am back now! There will be photos a bit more often.

Swan B&W
I love black and white photos, there’s just something about them that makes them look wonderful!
You just see so much more detail in B&W photos!
1849 Mausoleum
I am fascinated by graveyards, tombs, and more. I was at Oak Grove Cemetery in Fall River, MA taking graveyard photos as well as cleaning off the overgrowth and branches that covered some very old gravestones. I feel sad that nobody cleans them. Maybe every now and again I’ll visit this cemetery and clear off the overgrowth of these old gravestones.
Athame
I love blades of all kinds, and I just discovered the joy in photographing my blades professionally! I got this Athame today, and am absolutely obsessed with it!
Legolas
This is our new kitten, Legolas. He was born August 1, 2020 and is the runt. I love how he has two different colored eyes and is almost all white except for 3 spots, two on his head and one on the tip of his tail.
Creeping Leaves
The sidewalks are covered in leaves now, I just absolutely love the colors! I hope there are more photo opportunities for me as the season goes along. I’m looking forward to Halloween to try and find houses decorated to the max, or maybe I’ll find other creepy things to photograph in honor of the spooky season!
Leaves In The Park
Today was walking by a little park and saw all these leaves covering the ground. I thought this would make for a great photo opportunity. Looks like a photo out of a picture book to me. I love the colors I’m seeing. I used to hate the changing of the seasons, I guess since getting into photography it’s changed how I view each season.
Beautiful Water
I love watching the water, and this shot I got you can see fog in the distance as well as some boats. I didn’t want this shot to show the boats clearly, but instead the water.
Clouds Over The River
I decided to share with you all both the natural and over edited shot. I love both shots, but for different reasons one can easily become my favorite. As I’ve stated in my other post, I love to over edit some shots to create kind of an unnatural world. What would the world be like if we saw everything like the over edited shot? Would we be at peace? Would we be terrified?
What do you feel when you look at these shots? Which one makes you feel at peace? Which one draws you in?
Rising Fire In The Sky
This is a shot I captured during the sunset. Yes, I over edited it to bring out all the colors in the shot. I see a lot of beauty in over edited shots, as well as professional edits. Whatever you want for a photo, you can do. If you like it, that’s all that matters at times unless you’re selling. Even selling photos, some may pay more for the shot that’s over edited. That’s okay because, at the end of the day if that shot made you happy, and another happy as they now own it, that’s all that matters. Each photographer has their style, some will do edits to make a shot look mystical which those are the shots I want to get and post.
Micaiah
This is my neighbor’s kitten.
I need some tips from photographers today. As you can see the photo is fuzzy.
My settings are below: Camera: Canon EOS Rebel T6 Lens: Canon EF 75-300mm F-Stop: f/4 Exposure Time: 1/6 sec. ISO: 800 Focal Length: 85mm Metering Mode: Partial
If you have tips, please let me know on how I can get better shots. The apartment does not have decent lighting, so tips on increasing lighting would be good. I shared in a few groups and got several tips which I will be following but I’d like to see more tips if anyone has them.
Thank you!
Boston
Got a couple nice shots of Boston today, this dog is the sweetest. Loves to sit on your lap if you let him. This was my favorite shot of him.
Young Seagull
Saw this Seagull yesterday. He decided to follow me over to the Tipsy Seagull in Fall River, Ma.
This little guy will mature soon, and will have bright black, white, and/or grey feathers.
Sunset over the Braga Bridge in Fall River, MA.
I may post a lot of different sunsets. I’ll try to get some good sunrises as well.
Decided to get a shot of how the clouds looked. Even on stormy days the clouds can be so calming.
Gym Time!
So this was very early one morning, I captured one person walking in and one walking out of the gym.
Off To Work!
Was getting some shots out my window and thought this person walking on an early Friday morning was perfect.
A lot of people enjoy Street Photography, and if done right, and within the legalities, you can get great candid shots of everyday life on the streets in cities, countries, etc.
If you’re interested in Street Photography I urge that you look into the laws behind it, you don’t want to start shooting and then get into trouble.
