you need food in order to survive.

you need sleep in order to survive.

you don’t have to do anything special or significant to “earn” these things. you don’t have to meet some quota of productivity before you’re “allowed” to do these things. you are allowed to eat, drink, and sleep when you need to. you don’t have to do anything additional in order to have the right to meet your body’s most basic needs.

My kid started school and spending more time at his dads and I started full time work but now for half the month I go to work and sit at home alone doing nothing and being alone is fine but I'm so lonely and isolated and I don't know how to keep doing this. I'm so busy and exhausted and I just wish I had someone to just, talk to? To tell about my day? Everything hurts, everything is cold.
