Being a stay at home mom... I'm always making quick snacks/meals that are healthy and can keep me going. I am currently breast feeding so I tend to make larger portions than I would usually eat... I'm still technically eating for 2. ;)
This takes about 3 mins total to throw together. I wash the fruit and cut up the strawberries in bite size pieces. Then I pour over the yummy creamy plain swiss yogurt. Lastly I add Chia Seeds* and KIND Granola (this is one of the only granola's I've been able to find that does not contain brown rice syrup aka arsenic). Mix all together and voilà!!!
*Chia Seeds- I first discovered these amazing seeds when I was pregnant and my prenatal yoga teacher recommended I add them to my diet after failing my first gestational diabetes test. They originated in Mexico and Central America and were used by the Mayans and Aztecs. The seeds can be eaten with no cooking necessary. I like to add them to yogurt, pancakes, waffles, baking, and even drinks! They are a great source of Omega 3's and Fiber. 1 TBSP contains only 60 Calories, 4.5g Fat, 2282mg Omega-3, 752mg Omega-6, 5g Total Carbohydrate, 5g Dietary Fiber, and 3g Protein. And yes, these seeds are used in the Chia Pets I use to have as kid lol... do you cha-cha-cha-chia!!! hehe

This is a MUST HAVE for any baby!!! It not only rocks and vibrates but folds up making it super easy to travel with. We took a trip to Mexico when Liv was only 2 months old and this was necessity for our trip! In the early months this was one of the only ways we could get her to sleep for long periods of time. I highly recommend this rocker/bouncer for every baby :)
