I’m still slowly recovering from a hamstring tear in SEPTEMBER of TWENTY NINETEEN, so I haven’t been running much at all. But I’ve been sailing, and yesterday we went fast - hit 18.25 knots (21 mph). I’m completely exhausted today from our 4+ hours of sailing.

Perfect end to a great day of sailing: a giant pile of pad thai.
