No matter your circumstances, whenever you feel the breath to move forward, it’s a sign of your inner strength and courage. Even when you don’t immediately recognize it, those moments of resilience are powerful. Over the past year, I’ve learned to connect names to emotions, and I cherish every new lesson I discover each day. The most important thing is to do your best, knowing that no one can love and support you more than you can love yourself. I continue writing my book, and I hope each of you finds a meaningful goal to work toward. It’s vital to appreciate what we have and to nurture hope within ourselves. Wishing you all a wonderful and hopeful new year. Keep moving forward with kindness and patience.

Live through throughout the day

Sometimes we go through life doing what we can, which may lead us to walk away from a love that personally opened the door for us to explore and truly experience life. Regardless of the reasons for moving on, we often find ourselves circling back to that love, which provides us with a sense of safety and serenity. We should be thankful for the life lessons that others leave us; you never know what kind of door may remain open simply because they gave you the chance.

Embracing mothers

Early souls escaped me twice

Younger and stronger

The anger wells within her, but she endures his actions—misaligned jokes and unhinged outbursts—as a testament to her strength.

These moments freeze her exterior, allowing her inner wolf to rise, guiding her to proceed with caution and find safety in her own space. In the silence, she processes the chaos around her, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth.

Moving to another room, she takes a moment for self-care, reaching for a glass. When he approaches, “concern” in his tone as if nothing happened, I turn with the warmth of endearment that is met with a solid resolve born from experience.

One marriage is a dance of give and take, and although this wolf has given so much of herself, the journey toward balance continues. She stands tall, ever resilient, ready to reclaim her power and embrace her truth.

The stars shift their positions each time this wolf discovers a new place to call home. With a heart full of gratitude, she maps the sky, thanking the stars for guiding her through the challenges life presents. Even when she feels lost, her stars illuminate her path, while the moon listens to her heartfelt songs. She holds on to the hope that, one day, her words will be recognized and cherished.

I miss who we used to be before your nightmare shifted to my reality, blocking your subconscious & forcing me to watch you leave

One forever ago, we were young children who were never far from one another.

Using walkie talkies to awaken to come out and play once the ground was lit by the sun.

We'd laugh, play, live life together, go places. You told me to come & I loved every adventure.

However one day, somthing changed and you never told me why you started lying and eventually pushed me away. And then that was all. You moved one day and I never got to say goodbye.

Years went on, I came across you through a social media platform by a pleasantsurprise; and somehow, all I was to you was that girl who played with you.

Over the years I became attached to people because of the marks they left & how I grew from it. So I hold them close, ensuring the purity of the relationship. I care for their safety and health.

This year I learned; if they are getting a vibe you aren’t sending out, it’s time to move on. They are beyond simple conversations because they can’t divide history from the present.

Sometimes men truly want the one thing so badly they are blind to it; when women want change and will stick to it.

Stay true to yourself and continue doing what you excel at. Keep opportunities open for those who genuinely support your growth, not for those who simply agree with everything you say for the long game.

Develop your strength everyday & leave your mark no matter the sting; so they'll never forget that we bite too.

Yesterday was the day I finally took a breath, among all of the chaos that fluttered throughout the past months.

Rest assured & the stars align perfectly I was able to finally sleep without wondering endlessly.

25 days until I fold into Union & now I have less of a worry as I awaken today refreshed , let’s continue to thrive as the sun dances for us today

Let the wind guide you, as it moves endlessly; I’ve allowed it to guide me since I was 6 years old. The wind tells all as the stars guides us to a new day.
