Back in the UK after an incredible 10 days in Phoenix with @team_exos & @altis... ...so many lessons to be learnt via immersing yourself in world-class environments and cultures and then simply observing Masters of their crafts in action... ...for it is then we come to realise that there is no standardised ‘One Best Way’ for we are all unique individuals with our own ‘jaggedness’, micro-motives and destinations... Therefore, do not seek the X’s and O’s but instead ask the Y’s...for context is everything. So many people to thank for being so humble, welcoming and gracious with their time. All the team at @team_exos, @coach_jair, @ericdannenberg, @coachjoelsanders, Tristan Rice and Stefan Underwood. So many lessons and learnings which can only be gained via immersing yourself in environments and cultures, observing masters of their craft in vito and constantly asking lots of why’s. For the process of mastery teaches us that there is no ‘one best way’, that the standardised approach treating everyone like the average benefits no-one, for we are all individuals with our own strengths, weaknesses, micro-motives and destinations... So let us appreciate our own and others jaggedness and create environments where context is king and where the Y’s dominate over the X’s and O’s...
