Tis the season for #corn. #Maize. Boiled and roasted. Aka #mouthorgan. Commonly eaten with pieces of fresh #coconut or #ube, #Africanpear. I haven't seen a place where both boiled and roasted are prepared. What I'm used to seeing is a stand for roasted corn and hawkers selling the boiled version. I love corn but I almost always buy roasted on the streets and cook/ boil the fresh ones at home.
