It's all just me until therapy

You say we could have been together if I wanted you. I want to discard you. I want to leave you for your life choices. No. I was ready to uproot my life and place roots with you. I was ready to grow with you, start a family with you no add on to our little family. I was a mother your daughter when you wouldn’t be a father for 4 hours when she was awake. I never once dishonored you for the way you live your life. I praised you for it. I bent down on my knees and begged you for it. I sliced my thigh open to bleed for it. Cut my wrists, I could never make it that far for you would see. I didn’t cut for you, I cut for me. To relieve myself of all the terror that lurks within my mind. Me, myself and I. My mind. My mind is scary, a scary scary place and my head quite hairy. Your face was a dream I once danced upon but now I must endure. My sanity is unwinding while I find my darkness in this blinding light of scrutiny. Don’t reach your hand for me I’ll stand on my own bent knees, two broken knees down sucking dick for way too long. Hell I’m not complaining. I’d rather suck yours but we’re far past that. Scratch that, we are past all of this. Distance. Good bye. See you in another life maybe then we can have another try.
