I was gonna make this a reblog to another post on this tag, but the stuff I've discovered warrants a standalone post.

So if you've been surfing the tag through the "Latest" tab, you've seen the newest CapAccomplished (Canonseeker alt) screencaps where he slams the pairing mono/chrome as a race-fetishist/white supremacist "propaganda ship".

The thing is, Canonseeker has no moral ground to be talking about this stuff, he's a white dude who likes to pretend he's a queer woman of color online, he openly admitted to having racked up thousands of dollars worth of credit card debt commissioning ru/by incest porn with her father (he has a father-daughter incest fetish) .

He's consistently attacked the entire medium of anime as if it was all some monolithic media franchise made by Kishimoto (Naruto is a usual target, though he certainly has been studying up on different titles to drop in conversation so he can pretend he knows what he is talking about), and he does a very poor job of hiding what a massive xenophobe he is while at it.

And last but not least (and the reason I've decided to make this a standalone post), he is also openly, massively, islamophobic. One of his old reddit alts (which you can no longer find through reddit, since it's been suspended, but you can still search for it via a refined google search), ClaireDacloush, was used by him to frequent a sub called r/exmuslim, where he would pretend to be an ex-muslim woman and be Islamophobic without consequence.

But he hasn't actually stopped with that, in fact I've collected just a few examples from his current account, from as early as last month where he's still as unapologetically bigoted as he's always been:

He usually now pretends he's not pro-isr//ael (he is), but you can see the veiled bigotry right there.

This one isn't directly islamophobic, but apparently his response to someone bringing up the pro-palestinian protests in a previous comment is to go on a "left-wing antisemitism" tirade.

But sometimes he goes completely mask off, also apparently he lives in France now? But he keeps mentioning how he voted in the last american election, can't even keep track of all his lies.

Also, he's now started to hide his comments and posts on the profile page (must be a new reddit setting), you can still find them via a refined google search if you use certain keywords, for the screens above I used site:reddit.com "capaccomplished8072" and "palestine" (no air quotes around the names).

Canonseeker is a hypocritical bigot, a liar that does not care for anything queer or feminist or progressive, his only goal is to forward his unhealthy parasocial relationship with this web-cartoon he has built his entire personality around.

Seeker is also the biggest redflag when it comes to playing the victim card. Claims that he been 'harassed' by predominant members of the RWBY Fandom, WHEN HE HIMSELF will go onto random subreddits and claimed he been bullied, despite ya know bullying himself. ALSO SEEKER IF YOU READ THIS STOP GOING INTO SUBREDDITS THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH RWBY BUT YOU TALK NOTHING BUT IT THERE!

Unfortunately along with his original characteristics vol 6 onwards he is a shell of what he originally was and its a damn shame the two don't even interact with each other. Hell I aruge they had more screen together in Chibi, and this is why I love headcanon. That's why many fans (myself included) tends to stick with him in his original characteristics.

Yeah his interaction with Winter in v6 onwards was suuuper limited. HOWEVER. I am choosing to write fanfiction and live in my own head about it.

I think there are legit reasons we could interpret for why his behaviour is so mellow v6 onwards (ie the drinking and withdrawal), plus the fact that they are now living through an active war instead of being in the lead-up to the war. There are going to be limits on certain behaviours, they are going to prioritize planning over antagonizing, and so on. (I’m trying to explore that in troubled birds because I don’t think canon took enough time to really flesh it out, and it seemed like they jumped from plot point to plot point without examining deeper.)

But yeah, I do wish we had more interaction (and not just from a shipping perspective — I wish Winter had more interaction with Clover and the Ace-Ops too; she was installed as the new leader, she needs to have a foundation narratively speaking).

I get that, which is why Headcanon are usually the better way to go about it. I been writing as Winter with My best friend who writes for Qrow in a 3+ years roleplay where they are now married but its not just about that. In this roleplay Winter has this underline fear of her father being the first child to disappoint him and was abusive towards her which lead her to go study at Atlas and then go into the military to make a name for herself there.

TATTOO

"Alright, we are done. How do you like it?"

Winter got up from her chair that she sat in for the last few hours, and looked at her ankle at the mirror in front of her. Inked onto her skin were two birds sitting on a whimsical shaped branch with their beaks touching each other. At first she was unsure of what she wanted, which was not in her nature, but she found the drawing of the birds and liked how simple but symbolic it was of both her and Qrow.

"I like it. It's very lovely and the line works while simple, looks clean."

"Hey, glad that you like it. Never thought I would work on a Schnee. Let's get it wrapped up for you."

Once her ankle was wrapped, Winter walked over to Qrow who was looking at his shoulder blade, seeing a white dove and a crow flying with each other with a small Winter backdrop behind them.

"I didn't think you were going to get something that elaborate." Winter said as she looked at his back.

"What can I say, Ice Queen, if you are going to do something crazy, might as well do it big."

RED STRING OF FATE

Within each of us there is a string that connects us to another sole. They may come into your life in an odd way, but soon that string that one has been looking for the missing half will be found.

Both Winter and Qrow knew this, they were merely colleagues to each other, passing by each other with a simple nod of acknowledgment. They knew that there was something between them, with every bickering fight, and each chance of meeting even if it was brief, there was always something that kept them from ever being apart for long. It was the string that attached to them. Their fate, their destiny to each other..

RING

"It's perfect.." Winter said as she looked down at her hand, with her eyes wet from a few stray tears that managed to slip out. 

It was her birthday and Qrow was determined to make it special. He had searched all over the kingdom of Atlas and Vale for what he believed would be the perfect gift to present her. After having a nice meal in her apartment, he suggested that they should go for a walk. The snow gently falling from the dark blue sky, and the park that they ended up walking to was peaceful. 

"Got you a birthday present.." He said as he held her hand tightly.

"Oh, did you? You know you didn't have to get me a thing." 

She felt a leather gloved finger pressed against her lips. Then slowly he pulled off her glove, and kissed her knuckles. Slowly he pulled out a white gold plated ring, with a square cut Sapphire in the center with two smaller garnet stones nestled next to the large gem.

"I told you I wasn't lying about wanting to marry you." Weeks ago, he casually asked her while they were reading a book together if she would marry him. And in her own words she said 'Once you put a ring on my finger, I might consider it.'

Winter was stunned for once, as she looks down at the ring he placed her ring finger, with tears forming in her eyes, before looking at him as he awaited her answer.

"I will."

LOVE LANGUAGE

For Qrow, being one that seeks physical touch, he would always kiss Winter within minutes of them waking up in the morning, either on the head, or on her cheek. He would always hold her hand while out, even if Winter told him he did not have to. But, it wasn't all physical, he would read to her if she had a long day from one of her favorite books, and would draw up a bath to help her relax for the evening.

On the other hand, Winter would do more mundane things for Qrow. She would do his laundry anytime he was over, as they were usually covered in dirt, and blood. Winter would often buy him new clothes if they were too ripped to patch up, despite Qrow saying they were perfectly fine. Though she did show physical affection to him as well, often brushing her fingers through his black and gray hair, and kissing his forehead while they were on the couch watching movies together. And while they slept, she pressed her body against his, and held his hand while they slept.

FLOWERS

During their time apart, Qrow would fly up to Atlas and leave a single flower for every week that they were apart on the windowsill of Winter's apartment. At first they were a simple white rose, with some of his feathers wrapped up in a ribbon on the stem. It wasn't until some time later during their 'once in a blue moon' visit with each other, that Winter told him what her favorite flower was. So the next time that they were apart, Qrow started to bring up two flowers with him. One white, and one black Calla Lillie, with a note attached to them, reading "See, I remembered, Ice Queen."

Hardwick’s ex threatened to release evidence if he didn’t confess to it and when he denied it…. She did nothing. She also refused to participate in the investigations multiple times. She’s on Twitter every time Chris has any project come up talking about how she wants to boycott it or doing an interview about her how Twitter hate has affected her (not a mention of the alleged abuse affected her or the work with RAINN she promised to do. It’s been a year and all she’s done is a 5% profit teeshirt.) Every ex-GF (whom he’s all friends with) and his wife say her accounts are completely out of character for him. If you’re going to believe women, why not those four but this one?

I would also like to add some stuff, so remember when women who met the late Stan Lee and said that he grabbed thier butts at cons, or what about the nurses who said the same thing? None believed that stuff but they believe con gossip about Vic. Um hate to break the news to you folks on the opposite side, BUT PRETTY MUCH EVERY BIG MALE GUEST ON THE CON CIRCUIT HAS SOME SORT OF RUMORS ABOUT THEM. But they pick and choose to which ones they wish to believe, and it's utterly sad.

It has been going on for years.

The current hold-up is because Vic’s lawyer (who also just got pegged for lying - twice  in documents) has now demanded their depositions be completely privatized and both Ron and Monica demanded it be public record.

Support Vic or not - no skin off my nose either way - but this isn’t new.  Vic stories have existed from around 2008 - 2010 and the communication between both lawyers is apparently readily available.

I’m just not seeing a timeline where two people in a sea of already-existing situation “started” anything.  Made themselves a central pillar?  Possibly, but I don’t see where they themselves singlehandedly formed a multi-year Illuminati to ruin someone who already had a reputation in convention circles as being questionable,.

Mind if I cut in? Most of those posts were made from anons. If Vic is really a horrible person why now? Why now make a huge fuss about it, if it been going on for years. As an actual survivor of a sexual assault it is a huge slap in the face for people to claim an unwanted hug or kiss as an assault when as a child I went through MUCH WORSE. TO WEAR JEANS WHILE SLEEPING, TO HIDE AND SLEEP UNDER A BED, AT 10 YEARS OLD! And I was lucky that I stopped it before it got worse. So all of the kick Vic people really want to help victims out, ACTUAL VICTIMS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT NOT JUST A BEAR HUG OR A KISS ON THE CHEEK, BE SUPPORTIVE, GIVE THEM A SEXUAL ASSAULT HOTLINE NUMBER, TELL THEM TO GO TO THE COPS! And @onedayigotbored Most of those stories, they been debunked. Even Monica’s to an extent because she said she avoid Vic. Many people in professional capacities do indeed have t work with people who have made them uncomfortable before.  Human Resources divisions aren’t actually all that good at reacting quickly to harassment (usually someone is told to “tone it down or else” and that’s assuming they don’t have enough clout to avoid issues), and conventions don’t actually have HR divisions.  So that’s a moot point.

At my job, it took me over a year to get someone fired for harassing women because my bosses didn’t want the possibility of said harasser threatening to sue them for wrongful termination.  And we are a very small company and every girl I talked to privately either didn’t want to rock the boat or were afraid of what the dude would do if they spoke up.  Things like this happen.

Also  I genuinely don’t know why”now” of all times.  I think it was just an amalgamation of Vic showing up again through the DBZ movies (beyond Broly, Vic isn’t anywhere near his glory days of FMA/Ouran), Twitter being as prolific as it was, the #meToo movement existing, and FUNimation being bought by Sony and their CEO being changed around.
