《 ♫ 》 She moved a bit of her hair out of her face that the gentle wind blew, almost distracting her for a moment, she made sure her attention was on him, she didn’t want to be rude by making sure her hair was fine. “It’s a pleasure to meet you Wenhan, I’m Sarang. It’s nice here, lots of nice places to visit.” She replied honestly with a kind grin as she noticed the pink tint on his cheeks, a small chuckle escaped her lips. Sarang could feel the heat creeping onto her cheeks after he nudged her arm in a playful manner. “I got lots of time, I have a day off today, so let’s just go anywhere!”

Wenhan was delighted and it showed on his face. “The entire day?” His voice raised, albeit just a little, in excitement. Although his first impression of her didn’t emit any sense of the phrase ‘a free bird’, that’s what she was today. He only hoped he hadn’t intruded on anything important. ‘’Well then... Sarang?’’ His eyes followed her lips as she smiled, catching a glimpse of the same tint in her cheeks as he had on his. A gentle laugh left his lips following her playful nudge, “Alright. Lead the way! Be my guide for the day.” Wenhan grinned playfully, extending his arm out as a kind gesture.

“Yonsei” he reads the writing on the stranger’s bag out loud. It wasn’t every day that he met students from other universities, at least not ones who were basically announcing it by carrying the institution’s name on their belongings, and he happened to find interest in learning more about different academies other than his own “Do you go there? what it’s like in there?”

It sounded familiar to him-- those words, that is. Yonsei was where he spent most of his time, diligently (read: half-arsed) finishing up his reading or attending classes. The other half of his time was spent cooped up in his room, although to him it was where he felt most comfortable. Wenhan tilted his head around in search of the voice before finding himself looking back at a young man. “M-Me?” He pointed at himself in confusion, wondering if it were him that was being spoken to among the bustling crowd. The boy blended in with the rest of the anonymous faces and Wenhan guessed they were of a similar age. “Ah, Yonsei? I do. It’s...... busy.” He shuffled his feet so he could fully face the other, the print on his bag catching the corner of his eyes as it swayed along with him. “Ah.. “ Wenhan apprehended the situation and spoke up, this time with more confidence. “I only go there for my lectures. I’m not exactly a people-person so I avoid the crowd at all costs.” He chuckled bashfully, covering his mouth with his fist.

《 ♫ 》She was definitely free, fortunately it was a day off for her today. She found that is was absolutely adorable the way the male puffed up his cheeks, she wanted to gently pinch them, but she knew that would be completely awkward and rude of her. Maybe having some company will keep her awake, “I am actually.” She nodded with a timid smile, she always always kind of nervous around boys, excluding her father and brother. Speaking of her brother, she knew Jaekyung would go crazy if he knew she was going to be having male company. Her brother is overprotective now and baby’s her like she never grew up.

“Th-That sounds nice.” Sarang nodded in agreement until she realized that she had stuttered, she wish she hadn’t, it just made her sound more awkward than this situation already.

 Wenhan’s smile widened, his eyes curling into small crescents when he hears her slight stutter. He found her endearing, and to his surprise much more kind following his first impression of her. “I’m Wenhan, by the way. I moved in nearby last week.. if that wasn’t already obvious.’’ He chuckled bashfully, his eyes drifting to the floor as he felt his cheeks burn more than he’s used to. “You’ll have to be my guide today I guess.’’ He nudged her arms playfully, his gaze falling back onto her before he turns to the streets around them. “A-Ah... there’s just so many options..’’

《 ♫ 》 Sarang bowed once again, actually twice, to show how apologetic she felt for being so rude to this innocent man. If she wasn’t so persistent on making songs quickly, then maybe this wouldn’t have happened. She paused for a moment as she realized that he noticed her pale face and tired behavior. She nodded quickly and smiled awkwardly, “Oh–I’m fine, I just need some coffee right now, it’ll boost my energy.”

“Ah..” He mirrored her awkward smile unconsciously. “By any chance are you free right now?” Wenhan puffed up his cheeks, his brows knitting together as he pondered the possible response to his question. He didn’t want to come off too strong considering they were still strangers but to him it presented as a chance to make a friend in an unfamiliar setting. “Since I know where the book store is now, I could accompany you for a quick coffee?” He chuckles, hesitancy peeking through his voice.
