saw a post saying “dont beg men to love you” and thats absolutely true but i have an addition i dont want to add to the post and Derail. but dont beg ANYONE to love you. im serious. not just romantically. not parents, friends, family, and especially not significant others. if you find yourself having to beg for scraps of love its time to pack it up and move on.
“Life has taught me that you can’t control someone’s loyalty. No matter how good you are to them, doesn’t mean they’ll treat you the same. No matter how much they mean to you, doesn’t mean they’ll value you the same. Sometimes the people you love the most, turn out to be the people you can trust the least.”
— Trent Shelton (via thegoodvybe)
“Only a Moron is too blind to see. The Treasure that stands before him, when both of his eyes work perfectly.”

Why…
Why do people find the need to cheat on one another, especially when the person being cheated on is so madly in love with you. This person flaunts you to everyone, their friends and family and you cheat. You cheat on them every night and still consciously post your partner on your social media and boast about how much you love them. How do you even sleep knowing this? Do you not think about them? Do you not think about how much this will break their heart and they won’t be able to trust again in future relationships? And even if you break up with them and tell them some bs lie such as you need to focus on yourself or you fell out of love or what nots. Why couldn’t you have done that in the beginning? Why did you have to go so far as to cheat on them then leave them. Then shortly later you boast about your new partner on social media as if they won’t find out but you know they will. And everything you had done together this person will have doubt everything. This person will sit up late at night thinking how they weren’t good enough or how/why did this happen? Did I not love them enough? They will blame themselves. It doesn’t feel good. It hurts. Why just why…
Why does it seem like when someone cheats on their boyfriend/girlfriend they get rewarded with a new relationship, and the person who got cheated on gets punished with heartache, loss, hurt, and humiliation?
“And it amazes me, how you can talk to me like nothing ever happened between us - as if we just met and are friendly acquaintances. Because honestly, I couldn’t even say a single word to you without feeling like I’m trying to breathe under water.”

“I think that the hardest part of forgiving is that you have to forgive every morning again before you can really forget it ever happened”
— me
I still can’t believe you cheated on me with my own best friend
“You cheated, you left. Now she seems to think she did something wrong, when really…it was your fault”

“It’s not your fault that I have been betrayed before, but I wish you understood that it’s hard for me to let my walls down.”
