That moment you see something you really didn't want to see after a break up and it's just fucking murders you on the inside. But you force yourself not to lose your shit instead focus on setting goals and bettering yourself. WHY DID I WASTE A WHOLE YEAR ON YOU.

Spoke to my GP today & he's given me a reference so I can start seeing a counsellor. He told me that I'm very sensible & strong for taking the first steps to help myself and not wanting to take any depression medication like people normally would. He's prescribed me 'Propranolol' which just helps to slow my heart rate and keep me calm. 100% would recommend for anyone with any sort of anxiety/depression issues. It's not addictive like Valium & doesn't change your personality like depression meds. So in my opinion it's a great alternative. Here's to getting through this! 😌

Fucking hardest 2 days/nights of my life. Shit is real fucked up in my head at the moment. I have never ever felt so down constantly. Can good things please start happening before I do something dumb.
