Well, the reason is simple: Narcissus joined, so she joined.

But why would Narcissus join TR, when she was good friends with Dauntless?

Revenge. Narcissus is not on TR to help TR out. She is mad at the leaders of Dauntless.

But did you know? Narcissus shared her view on this awful behavior herself, a few years ago.
