Chloe was thankful that Lizzie didn't ask questions. She didn't have the strength to talk about the ordeal right now. Her eyes were growing heavy and sleep was knocking.
Chloe winced slightly as she pulled her feet under the covers. Her bed felt nice right now and she wanted nothing more than to fall into blissful sleep. She knew that was all a fantasy; her sleep was always interrupted by nightmares of times since past. Through squinted, tear blurred eyes she looked up at the girl sitting next to her bed. Sleep was flooding over her entire body. "Night, Kira." She whispered before sleep completely took over.
Lizzie tucked the covers around Chloe carefully, still conscious of her wounds and thankful that the girl at least looked sleepy. Lizzie was too, but she knew she couldn't sleep. Chloe herself had mentioned being suicidal, not to mention drunk and having been assaulted barely an hour before. No, Chloe needed caring for and she was the one who'd have to do it. She had her phone in her bag, a book (it got boring between clients on occasion) and some snacks. She could stay awake as long as Chloe stayed asleep.
She sat herself down on a nearby chair, picking up some resemblance of a blanket and throwing it around herself, snuggling into the warmth. The drowsy words from Chloe caught her attention, recognising the name - one of Medusa's girls, dark haired - and making a mental note to track her down. By the looks of things, Chloe was going to need all the help she could get. "Night, Chloe..." She dug out her phone to text her sister, then dug out her book, beginning to read.
