made some freezer bunny stuff for a friend so I'll share here too.
5 Bella Square recolours, one Nature's Perfection, one of the OFB signs and the Pet Away custom sign.
art is mostly from EAxis' defunct threadless store (which is a shame, I would've bought some of them) aside from the bunny crossing I stole from HugeLunatic and the grilled cheese/bunny twins are stickers from redbubble, here and here, respectively.

I hope your Sims' bathrooms were in desperate need of even more clutter, because I brought you a set of 10 new objects!
I feel like this set turned out to be a little less ✨cLuTtEr✨ than my previous ones, which, honestly, made me a tiny bit sad. I wanted to add a little more chaos and that lived-in feeling, but it is what it is. Still, I really hope these new items find a place in your Sims' homes ❤️
Looking for Mediterranean luxury without the luxury price-tag? This small cottage built on a 2x3 lot may be just what your sims are looking for!
At $182.3K it’s not exactly cheap, but it is a great way to begin to enjoy those lovely Spanish-style accents without having to pay an arm and a leg, or wait for all those rich relatives to die. (You do have a good relationship with them though, right?)
The back yard features a beautiful stone patio, and a hot tub. There is also a small table and chairs to enjoy dinners outside in the fresh sea-side air.
What could be a more perfect vacation home? 🥰
I’ll take you on a tour of the inside in just a moment. First, Here are some pictures of the floorplan.

I’ve run this home through the Lot Compressor so any random references to sims that aren’t there should be removed. I have also run it through the Lot Cleaner to remove any bits of buggy code. This lot comes with a shiny custom thumbnail so it has even more curb appeal in your Lots and Houses bin! 😄
This home has only 2 pieces of CC, which you may already have in your game. These can easily be replaced or omitted if you don’t want them though.
CC List (Included):
-Maxis Match Wall Cabinets by CTNutmegger at ModtheSims
-Functional Washer and Dryer by mustluvcats at ModtheSims
-Egg Topiary originally from the Sims 2 Website
I ALWAYS recommend using the Sims 2 Pack Clean installer to install lot files.

Voluminous Victorian | Sims 2 Residential Lot Download
This Victorian style home was built based on actual house plans and features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms as well as large living spaces (because what kind of Victorian home would it be if it didn't have tons of space?!). 🤭 It sits on a 3X3 lot and is mostly unfurnished.
Cost: §118,573
The backyard is smaller, but there's room in the side-yard to add a swing set or other play equipment for the Simlets so they don't get bored...or, leave it as is to encourage some extra creativity and interest in nature by having them look for bugs, or catch butterflies!
And a view of the side-yard looking toward the back of the property:
A note about the driveway and garage: In sticking with the original house plans it made the driveway and garage inaccessible-meaning they are purely decorative. It is possible to place a driveway over top of the pavers with the "moveobjects" cheat, but you'll have to do that each time you load the lot.
Use the garage as a workout room, or pop a woodworking station in there and create classic toys to entertain the neighborhood!
This is a lot I originally built back in 2006 or 2007. Since then I have re-done the roof and dressed the garden beds up a little.
Even though the home is mostly unfurnished I did grab a couple shots of the interior.
Kitchen:
Entryway and stairs:
Why stairs? This picture shows off the new plain white (NO more ugly bright aqua stripe!!1) Euro stairs and railing default that Rosie shared with me in response to a WCIF! Grab it here if you need it for your game too. I have always liked the shape of these objects but have never been able to use this color of the set because of that glaring bright blue stripe. 🤭 Look for these stairs and railings to feature in a lot more of my builds! Now I just need to find someone who wants to remove the bright blue stripe from all the other items in the white version of the OFB Euro set.
They are open underneath, so I've put a few decorations up to show that feature off. Feel free to change the décor to fit your sim family's style.
1st Floor:
Clockwise from bottom right: dining room, 1/2 bathroom, kitchen, garage, bathroom, laundry room, family room, office nook, stairwell, living room.
2nd Floor:
4 bedrooms, and 3 more bathrooms. 🎉

This spacious country home is built on a 4x3 lot, and features 3+ bedrooms and 4 baths. It's lightly furnished and ready for you to move in to your rural, yet up-scale, sim neighborhoods.
Here's the back of the home: There's a porch for relaxing on, and at the end of the lot, a small pool.
You might have noticed that nice white wood fence in the picture of the back of the lot. This is a Maxis "lost and Found" texture that Huge Lunatic at Mod the Sims found and assembled into a working fence! Since it's something Maxis included buried in the game files I don't really consider it custom content, but you might, so I've given you the option of downloading it further down in the post.
Here's the floor plan:
1st Floor:
Clockwise from bottom left: Hobby studio, family room, laundry room, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, office, living room, and entryway.
2nd Floor:
Clockwise from bottom left: Kids bedroom 1, kids bedroom 2, bathroom, master bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom, work out space (could be converted into an optional 4th bedroom), bonus/play room, and bathroom.

After six months of depression and anxiety, I bring TS2 CC!
I was decorating a café and wanted some deco food for it, so I decided to convert some of TS4 pastries.
They're a bit low poly/low res but personally I think they look okay unless you really zoom in on free cam mode.
They're all on Appliances > Misc cause it's where I categorize my deco food. Pictures of all recolors under the cut :)
Credits: The ribbon thingy in the thumb image is designed by starline/Freepik and I used some of budgie2budgie extracted deco food (instead of extracting myself) cause I don't have the TS4 EPs installed anymore.
Hey fellow Simmers, I have a beautiful set from Oydis for you here: the Simblreen 2022 SET. You can find the original here.
The set includes 2 dresses and 3 pieces of jewelry (2 pairs of earrings and 1 necklace).
I’ve converted them for AF (Adult Female) and TF (Teen Female).
You can find the download below the cut.
Added Morphs
The dresses come in 9 colors, while the jewelry comes in no fewer than 15 colors. The color swatches are included in the download so you can easily select which colors you want to keep.
Now for the poly counts:
HarrietDressV1: 3814
HarrietDressV2: 4116
AlmaEarrings: 2612
NovaEarrings: 3404
NovaNecklace: 2376
You’ll find the jewelry under the Jewelry category, not Accessories. I didn't convert the Nova eyepatch. If anyone would really like to have that too, let me know and I'll do it.
I think that covers all the necessary info, so here is the download link.
Download the complete set on SFS
All credit goes to Oydis.
I love this creator, so there will be more to come.
If you run into any issues, please let me know so I can make adjustments and re-upload the files.
Isn't it weird, Sims 2 being over 20 years old and someone has yet to make a begonia plant? Or at least I've never seen one. That's why, when I stumbled upon this download from @jacky93sims I knew what I had to do!
I extracted the plant and made a new object of it. I gave it a random GUID (meaning it won't clash with Jacky's version) but if you stumble upon any conflict, let me know. I edited the texture and fixed some small things on the uv-map. It's quartertile-enabled, placable on tables and it has two subsets. Two recolors are included. My version does not require the ts4shadow file, it's using one of the generic shadow textures from the basegame. There is also a second version without the pot (this object is repo'd to the one with pot) so you can use it with other pots as well.
Polycount: 886 / 600 (potless)
Texture: 512x512
Compressed, no mipmaps and as usual you can choose between separate or merged recolors. Do let me know if anything is wonky.
Edit 2026-08-17: please re-download! the potless begonia (v2) was not placable on pots, but it has been fixed :-)

As most of you know, I play a historical Sims 2 game, which means I absolutely swear by the Sun & Moon Star Factory suite of mods. They add so much depth and realism to historical gameplay, and it would be nearly impossible to imagine playing without them.
The only problem? A lot of those mods require Sims to have at least a small number of skills before they can use them, and it can be surprisingly difficult to get a Sim from “has never touched a stove in their life” to “has enough Cooking skill to pursue this perfectly reasonable task,” especially when you're trying to keep peasant or farmhand gameplay realistic. So, I wanted a way for my children and teens (and heck, even adults) to start working on some of those necessary skills without having them spend hours practicing on modern objects that don't fit a historical save, or heaven forbid reading, and I decided to start with Cooking.
Read More Below!
The concept is simple: give Sims a basic household activity while allowing them to develop the Cooking skill long before they're old enough to become serious cooks, but keep it something basic enough that it would easily fit into any household. The biggest inspiration for this project came from Crisps and Kerosene's Functional Logic Toy, and thus, the dough ball was born. A simple object that Sims could interact with to build a skill in a way that felt appropriate for their age and environment.
Admittedly, my first attempt was very crude, but thankfully @eisbae-r was able to see the vision and reached out asking if I wanted to collaborate, and my answer was a strong yes. Eisbaer took my idea and expanded it bigger than I ever could have dreamed, and I am forever grateful they were willing to team up.
What Does the Dough Ball Do?
The Dough Ball provides Sims with:
🍞 Cooking skill
🍴 Cuisine enthusiasm
It's intended primarily as a childhood and teenage skilling object, but there's absolutely nothing stopping adults from using it, too.
Once a Sim reaches level 8 of the Cooking skill, using the dough ball has a chance to produce a basket of dough, which can be used as a stockable fridge ingredient. That way, rather than simply being a way to gain only cooking skill and cuisine enthusiasm, eventually the Sim can use the dough ball for functionality as well.
There are 3 required files included in the download: the mod itself, the fridge stockable dough, and a separate crate mesh. The crate is needed for children to stand high enough at the counter to knead.
DOWNLOAD HERE
Known Issues
Despite all of eisbaer's hard work, the kids still bob a little on the crate.
It's fine.
They're having a perfectly normal historical childhood.
There is absolutely nothing strange happening here.
Please do not look at their feet.
Credits
A huge thank you to @eisbae-r for everything you did and for working so hard to figure out a solution to the floating-kid problem. This little object would not have come together without you and I am incredibly grateful for the time and effort that went into making it work and I really hope we can collaborate again in the future! (I already have more ideas 😂)
A big thank you also goes to @teaaddictyt and the Historical Simming Chat channel of her Discord for providing such a wonderful place for historical Sims players to share ideas, ask questions, troubleshoot, and generally enable each other's increasingly specific historical gameplay projects. ❤️
And, of course, thank you to the creators whose work helped make the Dough Ball possible:
Original code and animations used from Crisps and Kerosene per their TOU.
Dough and basket mesh used with permission from Feenwald
Crate mesh and texture used with permission from pineappleforestsims
I bring you a color trait collab between myself, the talented @pforestsims and color trait inventor @episims ❤ I thought it was long overdue our sims get some nicer looking stools for their beloved kiddos, and PF and Epi were kind enough to join me on this mission :3
PForest has has created two default options, one made out of wood, one made out of plastic. Epi made an alternative set of recolors for the plastic with a cute star pattern. We love choices! But please note that you can only use one default, so pick which type you want out of the zip.
Wood
Plastic
Plastic with star pattern
Stools are created in a lot of places, for this reason I created a custom global that assigns color based on trait. If the child has no favorite color, the wooden stool will be brown, and the plastic will be green. If the child has multiple favorite colors, whichever appears first in inventory will be used.
Please note that some custom objects will not pick up on color traits, this is due to how they are coded. At the end of the post you'll find a tutorial on how to update them to pick up on the mod 😊
Requires Picknmix's trait global, and I highly encourage using color traits by Epi to see the full scope of this.
Download from SFS
Conflicts: None that we have found, but the mod touches 47 different bhavs so there may be conflicts out there. They are easy to fix though so if you find one you are welcome to report and I will create a compatibility patch. New custom global uses instance 0x0CE5.
Credits: @picknmixsims for the BHAV Finder, always a great modding asset but especially so for this project.
Decorative stools
If you ask me, PF's meshes are too cute to only see for brief moments in animations! So for those who would like some cute clutter in bathrooms and kitchens, we have decorative versions of the stool on offer. They come with a deco slot, so you can put plants or perhaps a stuffed animal on one for even more cuteness.
Download from SFS
Found in surface/misc. Plastic costs 55, wood costs 75.
Read below the cut for how to fix custom objects that fail to pick up on color traits!
Fixing Custom Objects
Likely objects to need fixing are things like easels, custom cakes and some appliances. I don't know if there are clones of medicine cabinets or teleprompter-type career objects, but if there are those likely need it as well.
I recommend Picknmix's Bhav Finder for this, because it saves you manually scrolling through every bhav to find where the stool is summoned.
1. To start, navigate to the custom object package you are fixing.
2. Use the drop down on OpCode to select 0x2A Create New object Instance.
3. Enter the numbers of the picture into the first four boxes of Operands. Leave the rest empty.
4. Click "Find BHAVs". The program will scan your object and tell you which bhavs in it (if any) summon the stool.
5. In this case I did a custom easel, and found that the stool is summoned in a Bhav called "Paint - Create Child Stool". Take note of the name, and head to SimPE.
If your bhav contains multiple Create New Instance lines, make sure you pick the one with the correct GUID, 0x22555949. If you accidentally add the bhav to a line not creating the stool but something else, the result would in most instances be an error. So keep a backup of the original so you can start over if needed 🙂 But please don't be put off, bhavs are not scary! And this is not hard. You can do it!
Tiny note to creators! If you want to incorporate this with your upload, keep in mind you need to offer separate versions for those who use the mod and those who don't because it will otherwise cause bad gosub error due to the custom global 😉
I had another bug report from @abookinmemoryy that Apartment Life built-ins weren't having laundry deducted from them when sims changed outfits. Turns out, those objects exist in a different category and my mod wasn't checking for them! Whoops!
So I've updated the TA_Global_ChangeOutfitCostsCleanLaundry file once more, and it should now correctly find a stocked built-in robe. Sorry about that!
Okay, this one wasn't from my WIPs folder or my "To Share and Upload" folder (oopsies) but I knocked up this mod today because reasons.
It has always upset me that if a sim has a bank account (using Monique's banking system) and they die, their banked money disappears into thin air. I first discovered this when Mortimer Goth died in my old Pleasantview series with around $200k in his bank account, which we then lost. Noooo!
So I've done something about it.
Read on below the cut
To make this mod I edited the Grim Reaper BHAV "Sub - Process Death - Pre-UrnStone" to check:
Is Monique's mod installed, and
Did the sim had a bank account.
If no the BHAV continues unchanged, if yes, the mod runs a CT to search for a "next of kin" to inherit their banked money in this order:
Spouse
Children
Any other family member
Siblings (who may be living in another house)
If it cannot find any sim who fits that criteria, the money will simply die with the sim.
Of course, Monique's mod allows for saving money but also for loaning money, so be warned - if it was a loan account, the message will be slightly different...
Poor kid.
Then it's up to you if you want to forgive that loan or not, O Watcher 😉
If the next of kin has their own bank account with savings in it and they are chosen to inherit debt, the mod will adjust their account accordingly.
How to Install:
Replace the "MQ_Computer_Global_Bank_Controller" file with this one from the zip: "MQ_Computer_Global_Bank_Controller_TAtweak"
Conflicts:
I am only aware of one conflict right now which is Lamare's age tooltips mod, so I included a comp patch for that which must load after both mods :)
I had another bug report from @abookinmemoryy that Apartment Life built-ins weren't having laundry deducted from them when sims changed outfits. Turns out, those objects exist in a different category and my mod wasn't checking for them! Whoops!
