Okay (Trigger warning, my life story ahead)

Alright, I don’t know if any of you will read this or not but I need to write this out and from here on out I’m making another part of my account as like a diary for my mental health. I’m going to the therapist today for the first time even though I’ve needed one for the past two or three years since my mom died. I lived with my dad until September when he died. I found him and the initial shock caused me to have one of the worse panic attacks for a while. Before that I was having them every week or so and my dad was mentally abusing me, making it a lot worse to the point of wanting to either die physically (I was already dead spiritually and mentally) or run away. I didn’t obviously but I’m still dead inside mostly though nobody knows it. I don’t know what I would be doing right now if my dad hadn’t died but I guess we’ll never know, and I’m not sure I want to.
