can we all agree that genji was moving drugs and thats why his family had him killed? bc the shimadas are old school/Very Serious and dont want drugs associated with their very respectable black market dealings. if genji's main crime was being a party animal then they could have found use for him somewhere. but if the youngest shimada is building his own drug empire underneath the family name thats a) bad press and b) subterfuge at best and c) outright politcal destabilization at worst. of course you'd have to have him killed
