Trippin x Ysa Pérez
Trippin is a platform for the new wave of travellers. This exhibition is the first in a series of collaborations representing artists and tastemakers from around the world that are fundamentally altered and endlessly inspired by the places they go.
Our first instalment welcomes Ysa Pérez.
Born & raised in Rochester New York, Ysa graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology for Photo Illustration in 2010. After college she found herself in NYC documenting the dynamic nightlife scene, profiling DJs, artists and rappers who would go on to become household names. Since honing her hustle at GQ Magazine as a young photo assistant, Ysa has been Trippin everywhere from France to Florida to London to LA. Throwing life into a suitcase and seeing where the road takes her has made for a powerful archive of global youth culture and Trippin is pleased to present Ysa’s first solo exhibition in London at Dalston’s Doomed Gallery on Tuesday the 28th Feb.
Come through, show love, stay Trippin.
