noel doesn't care if people calls him out on his behaviour, never cared and that's a fact.
supporting a very well known rapist is beyond disgusting, and bringing his kids to support him... just no words. is in that kind of action where we see our society will never change bc no matter how hard we try to make people progress, this kind of men keep raising future opresors. we shouldn't feel ashamed of facing his actions; he's real, human, and he's not what we think nor write about him, remember that. we are in love with an idea of him that we created. what is speacial about him is what we create. for me noel is the same as me and his lyrics will always be the mirror of my soul, but i draw the line on him supporting that fucking rapist who deserves the worst on earth. and he's been doing more bad stuff in his past and present, so i'm not surprised at all. i know that. he can go and write all your dreams are made of strawberry lemonade and i'll cry and call him the sweetest man ever, but i can't fool myself: he's still a man. a white, cis, straight, european man. and rich!!! he used to be poor like me, but decades ago cmon. now he's just another rich, privileged man, and that goes before all his talent and pretty words.
parentesis to say that this stupid fight over which brother is worse is so ridiculous. we are talking about someone supporting a rapist and yall start a battle defending your fav, cmon. aint no time for that.
will i stop being an oasis fan? no. will i stop feeling this way about noel? probably not, i gotta be real. but one thing is what i feel and other is what he really is and i'm very well aware of the reality. noel is just another privileged man who goes around shaking cunts hands. and this is what i always think: in music industry we have criminals, accomplices, corrupts and all. seems like we can't actually enjoy art because they're all into something. that's what keeps me thinking, always. they always have something disgusting going on. i wonder, can we really enjoy art? is there anyone with money decent? (no). are we cursed to stan bad people because they are the ones that make the best music? and most important, why is always the artistic people so disgusting and problematic? i could write and write about that topic, because they're the ones always making the most beautiful art and then i go and find they're wankers (and worse).
havent seen people defending him, but i hope yall dont because there is no excuse. lets be real we wont stop writing and dreaming about him, and we wont stop listening to oasis, we are not perfect moralists at all. just dont deny what he is and dont embrace it either, lets keep calling him out (yes, even if he dont give a fuck, which he doesnt) and lets keep making men uncomfortable with this kind of behaviour. we wont escape patriarchy and ive made up my mind about that cruel reality, but that doesnt mean we gonna tolerate it. and lets keep spreading the hate toward that rapist who should be dead by now.
i wish the worst to mcgregor idc how his name is spelled

Nicole Appleton and Liam Gallagher discuss how they first met, both insisting that the other wanted to meet purposefully, while insisting it was just chance for them.
