A @shaaanxo inspired dinner tonight 👌🏼 my goal this year is to eat more vegetable based meals. I used to be vegetarian for 7 years and I tried to go vegan at one stage but I was so young at the time I just didn't know how to follow that kind of diet whilst still giving my body everything it needed. As a result I was anaemic regularly and put on a ton of weight from all the carbs and processed junk I was eating. Fast forward to now and I know a lot more and I'm surrounded by better people with healthier habits so I am thinking about #givingupmeat again. I'm a huge animal lover so it's my ultimate goal to give going vegetarian...maybe even vegan... another go but this time do it in a healthy and responsible way. #helpmegovegan #idoloveagoodsteakthough

I go through so much of this stuff that I decided to stop being lazy and make my own. Everything was stuff I had at home except for the Coffee grounds which I got for free from @Starbucks - coconut oil, brown sugar & salt from my pantry. Organic Purification essential oil blend (lemon,grapefruit, juniper etc.) I got from @organicinfusions which we had leftover from when Karl was having chemo. I also threw in some vitamin e (I just drained it from the capsules). The jar is an empty and cleaned out @mocconacoffee jar. #diyfrankscrub #reducereuserecycle #itsmellslikeacafeinhere
