It’s been a while since I did one of my gratitude lists...I¿ve been down but I’m trying to relax, let things of my head go and go back to my path. ✊😊

- I’m grateful for been able to take a break to reaorganize my mind 

- I’m grateful for my health, that keeps me strong and let me do what I need or whant to do

- I’m grateful for the book I’m reading, that Helps me to regain peace 

- I’m grateful for my daily yoga practice. That brings me strenght, flexibility, health and peace of mind
