Hello everyone! I’m just posting this short message to warn you that I’m dropping out of Montreal for a few months while I go through the whole college application process, which is something a bit complicated here and will last pretty much until the first two months of 2017. This whole situation takes a lot of my time and, as much as roleplaying is way more fun than all that, I need to focus on studying. I will be back as soon as I can and I will miss you all very much. You guys are one of the most fantastic groups I’ve ever participated in and I’m really glad to have been a part of this for 9 months. For those of you who have connections with my characters, Kyle is going back to America to cover the elections from up close. Logan is headed to Toronto to tend to his father, who is ill. And Ethan is going to Africa with Doctors Without Borders. If you have any important plots with my characters and need more depth over what is happening to them over these months they’ll be out, hit me up! The doctor's comment made him a bit worried, considering that the woman was a paediatrician. What did she mean by bloody? Had a child gotten so badly hurt? "What happened, Daisy?"

“Yes, I am absolutely eating this mac and cheese out of the pan, because my child thought it would be funny to knock all my clean dishes onto the ground because I wouldn’t let her have ice cream for dinner. But I’ve only taken like, two bites out of it, if you want some. It’s real good.”

A laugh left his mouth as the woman commented on the humorous anecdote, "I just had dinner, thanks though." He turned down the offer with a smile still over his features. Logan's eyes eventually moved across the kitchen to find the dropped dishes over the kitchen floor. He slowly began to make his way toward the mess and, once he arrived at the crime scene, he kneeled to the ground and started picking up the shards. "We'd better clean up this mess before someone gets hurt!"

“You know,” Lucas said, kneeling down and addressing his baby son, who had crawled away from him across the living room rug, “when they said babies start crawling at 8 months, I don’t think they meant exactly at eight months.” He looked up as he heard someone enter. “Could you hand me my phone, please? It’s on that table there.”

Staring down at the gracious little child, Logan's attention was nearly entirely on his friend's baby instead of on the man himself. The boy was so adorable that all Logan wanted to do at that moment was to kneel down and play with him. But his thoughts were cut off by Lucas' request, which Logan only took note of a few moments later, "Oh, yeah, here you go." He took the device from the table and quickly handed it to the man, "Sorry, I got a little distracted."

Eva balanced the bag carefully, pressing closer to the man to gather shelter from the storm. “The least I can do,” the blonde offered, before shaking her head. “Don’t go out of your way, I’m fine just heading to the metro.” She smiled up at him, blinking away raindrops. “I’m Eva.”

Logan's arm fell to the side as the weight resting upon it had been taken by the blonde, "It's no big deal, really. I can drop you wherever, just need to get these home." The space previously occupied by his arm had then become available room for her to fit her frame under the barely-ever-used umbrella. His footsteps were slow, calm and careful as he tried not to lose balance and keep the groceries away from the pavement. Logan had always been a little clumsy, but he was not stupid and did not want to embarrass himself in front of someone that he had just met. "Logan Reed at your service. Nice meeting you, Eva."

As he spoke, Sunny’s attention was drawn towards said group and she tilted her head thoughtfully to the left – he was more than likely right. If the guy didn’t give up the stage soon there would undoubtedly be some kind of riot, one that she did not want to be a witness to. “I don’t think I can argue with that,” she responded, laughing. “They don’t look too happy.”

With a lazy shrug, he indicated that he disagreed with the group's actions of booing at the man. Yes, he had no talent for singing, whatsoever and his performance had grown even a bit annoying to the ears. Still, the atitude was beyond rude and disrespectful. "They could cut him some slack, though. What they're doing is a little too much, don't you think?" The singer –– or whatever he qualified as –– had certainly gotten the message. The reason for him not having stopped yet, Logan failed to grasp. But the booing group should go a little easier on him, of that the investigator was sure.

Eva grinned upwards at the hooded shelter, “A knight in shining armour, what did I do to deserve such service?” She gestured towards the bags, “I can carry some, if you need.” The blonde tucked a lock of rain logged hair behind her ear, “If you’re heading up to Saint Laurent, we can walk together? If not, I’m good with a short trip to the metro, anything’ll do.”

A chuckle left his lips soon after her comment about him having being a saviour. "If it weren't for the 45-minute lighting shower, I would even have bothered to bring out one of these." He admitted with a laugh, looking up at the olive-coloured umbrella, then allowing a smile to sit on his lips as she offered to assist him with the bags, "That would be very helpful..." He clumsily passed one of the bags to her, "Thank you very much." He finished adjusting his own on one arm as he continued on his trail, walking ahead towards his home, only now with a companion under his shelter. "I was headed home, but if you want I can drive you to wherever you need to go. I live nearby, so I would just have to drop these by my apartment and could take there. Or maybe walk you to the nearest subway station." He repeated her suggestion, not really minding whatever option she would decide on. "It's up to you." His voice started to become muffled by the rain.

She liked nature and in New York, Central Park was one of her favorite places to relax on a summer day. Moving to Montreal proved to work in her favor as the biodome and the botanical gardens became like a third home - work was her second. Kat could see someone sitting next to her on her little boulder and smiled at them. “Come for the view?”

Saturday afternoons always seemed, to him, as an ideal moment to sit back and recharge the batteries after working his way through the week. The conveniently sunny, warm weather of that day corroborated with his idea of spending the reminiscing daily hours at a location that would allow him some proximity to nature; the idea of being surrounded by trees and life in its most primitive form sounded very comforting. And so, it didn't take long for Logan to make his way to the biodome. After not much looking, he came across a spot that would provide him with an amazing view of the site. Logan took a seat on the natural green carpet, his hands touching the grass as he quietly laid back upon his arms; his torso and legs separated by an 120º angle. As the woman sitting a few meters away spoke, his head turned to the side, "It's beautiful, isn't it?"

“It’s not just me, is it? This is really bad…? I’m thinking about making a run for the exit.” Sunny glanced to her person beside her, then frowned, looking back to the stage again.

A half, languid smile adorned his features as his head motioned in a nod, agreeing to her comment about the musician's performance. It had been a long while since the words oozing from the stage had lost their characteristic melody and turned into an inharmonious, unpleasant noise. "I don't think you're going to need to, he'll probably leave as soon as that song is over." He looked at a group that booed on the other side of the establishment. "If he doesn't, then I'm sure those guys will take care of him."

Summer nights were the most beautiful, but tonight Eva felt like the burning end of a cigarette. The sky had opened up and rain pelted the cobbled street of Old Montreal, soaking the rapidly emptying streets as she moved to walk down the centre of the main. Green eyes sought out a lone figure scurrying from a shop out into the street, her voice lifting to find them. “Got an umbrella?”

Thunders had been announcing the constant threat of approaching rain for nearly an hour and so, the minute Logan left home, he decided it would be best to bring an umbrella with him, in case the storm finally decided to make itself present overhead the Canadian metropolis. After doing the much needed groceries, Logan started on his way home, only to have the water begin pouring as he walked out of the store. Once a woman came by, asking him for an umbrella, Logan remembered that he had brought one and had put it inside one of the paper bags in his hands, "Yes, I do." He replied, glad that she had reminded him of the object. His shirt gradually became wet, as he searched the bags for the item, "Here!" He exclaimed, pulling it out and setting it over both their heads, they were now protected from the cold water, "I can walk you somewhere if you want."

Adonis had to say, he loved living in Montreal more than anything. Sure the States were nice and Mactan would always have a special place in his heart, but Montreal was really a place where he could see himself staying. And he’d done just that the past seven years but he’s recently moved into a new apartment. “So I really need your help setting everything up. I mean if you can’t, thats fine. But it’s just a lot of furniture and decorations and it’l never get done if I do it alone. So…what do you say?”

Logan was one to never say no to helping people, especially when those people were his friends. And so, when Adonis asked for his assistance to move the furniture into his new apartment, the investigator promptly agreed. "Yes, sure. Let's do this." He replied enthusiastically, "That reminds me of when I moved to my new place, I'm pretty sure I still have stuff packed somewhere in that apartment."
