Day 105: The End. After hiking for over four months, more than 3000 kilometres, I made it to Bluff. What an incredible adventure it has been. Day 104: Just Chillin. I think I woke this wee baby seal when I walked past. The little fella didn't seem too worried about me though, it just yawned and slowly meandered towards the sea.

Day 103: Refreshed. With each breath of the salty coastal air I am brought back home. It feels so good and so right to be back on the coast.

Day 102: Martin's Hut. Built in 1905, this is the oldest hut on the trail, and is my last opportunity to spend a night sheltered from the elements on the trail. It was a pleasure to have this rustic hut to myself and reminisce on the huts I slept in over the past four months.

Day 102: Sights of the Southern Ocean. After being away from the ocean for the better part of two months, the sight of the Southern Ocean lifted my heart and spirits. Day 101: Sunny Autumn Evenings. The past two days were wet.. Really wet. And cold. The impending winter is creeping in, I will be finishing up this trail just in time to miss out on the really gnarly weather.

Day 100: Big Smiles. After a stop yesterday in Te Anau to resupply for the last long push, my belly is full of food and spirits are high.

Day 96: Rain on the Greenstone. The valley of the Greenstone Track was the ideal spot to be during the wind and rain that came through: no high ridgelines to conquer and a big dry hut to roll up to as the day came to and end.

Day 95: Routeburn Reroute. Being so close to the Fiordlands, I decided to add on an extra 30 kilometre track and take in the Routeburn Greatwalk. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and the views were mostly obscured. Fortunately, it was still a lovely walk.

Day 94: How I Like to Kick It. Made it to Queenstown after a drawn out but fantasticly leisure time through the Motatapu Track. Now to enjoy a shower, some fresh produce, and a beer or two before the final 321 kilometre push to Bluff.

Day 93: Shania Country. When Ms Twain bought up a chunk of land in NZ they said, "Hey, she should contribute something back..." Day 92: Don't Give Up Now! The undulating country of the Motatapu Track afforded some beautiful and well deserved views. Getting so close to Bluff I can almost taste those oysters..
