Purity

I AM MY OWN PERSON. I know this is not a revolutionary idea, but it is a revolutionary belief when you forget and then realize it again! WOO! I am so excited to just freakin live my life. I wear what I want, eat what I want, choose when I'll play guitar or not shower or not work out or go to events or decide to be intentional about the work I will and will not do. I am rejuvinated!

Ultimately, as an artist I want my work to reflect who I am and what I believe. I'm not afraid to poke fun at myself or take risks, but I will prioritize my integrity.

Set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity.

I DON"T EVEN CARE THAT I PROCRASTINATED TODAY!

I HAD COLDSTONE! mixed COFFEE and Vanilla cake batter and an oreo. WHAT. YES. HOH yes I did.

I woke up at 7:22 and was at work at 8 am. I live a good 15 minutes away. From wakeup to car and I was 1. fully dressed in a 3 piece outfit, with jewelery and I washed my face and teeth put my makeup on. It's AMAZING HOW FAST YOU CAN GET READY WHEN YOU KNOW YOUR DISTRICT MANAGER WILL BE AT YOUR WORK MEETING. I also won a starbucks card and got to hoolah hoop! Woo!

To everyone who reading this, man, I just pray that you are already living your life and embracing every opportunity to stay true to yourself and do what you want. I hope that you are enjoying the beautiful weather that we have been blessed with and pray that you would not be afraid to pursue your greatest and simplest dreams. goodnight xo (And by goodnight I mean- see ya while I watch the Iron Chef: MOZARELLA battle. This Weekend...

...was such a blessing. God keeps reminding me that He knows exactly who needs to be in my life and when.

Things I did this weekend:

-Made Ketchup

-Took a walk with friends and admired the stars while the hippie played guitar.

-Ran with one of my very bestest friends.

-Cried with some of my very bestest friends.

-Laughed.

-Spend time with my grandmother.

-Received clarity and wisdom.

-"Danced" with my little 1 year old goddaughter who has recently become obsessed with the Italian pop-opera sensation, Il Volo. She literally tries singing like them and bounces up and down dancing to it.

-Ate a freakin amazing Panera bagel. Wow.

-Got caught out in the rain on a walk with my mom. We just let it come down and she started singing "If all the raindrops were lemon drops and gum drops...."

-Sat down at a table that had an envelope in front of every chair and sat in awe as each girl was touched specifically by the picture inside each envelope. It was by no mistake or coincidence that each girl received the picture that she did. I watched, touched as eyes brimmed with tears. There's no explanation except Providence. The Spirit is amazing.

-Listened as a friend told me of unexpected news that broke my heart for her.I'm so thankful for the men and women who sacrifice time (and everything, really) of themselves to serve our military overseas, whether it's in the battlefield or on base.

Things to look forward to this week: -A clean bill of health for the pops. Trusting God.

-Cleaning up/Working hard at finishing my thesis

-SEEING GREY GARDENS!!!!!! I cannot wait to be absolutely touched and blown away by all of you lovelies. Praying for health and a great run!!! Rock it out!!

-Auditioning for a show at the Ringwald on Saturday

-Running outside and enjoying this beautiful weather!
