daniel: i know right, so this only feels right. crawford was gonna make his plan work either way

daniel: i don’t know if it’ll freak her out seeing as we just confessed our love for each other but we’ve always done things together. I know she’s the one.

daniel: well January 23rd was our first date, January 31st was our first kiss, March 8th we moved in together in our apartment, two years later on the same day we bought our house.

She kept her arms wrapped around his waist almost like she was afraid her ex would hit her. But all he did was scoff and walk away. When the doctor came to them. Adelia asked. “Is she okay? Can we see her?” Her thoughts were cut off by a tiny voice yelling. “Daddy!” And running toward Daniel

“Hi baby” Daniel said picking her up “Are you okay?” he asked her picking up the little girl gently. “Oh I was so worried about you when mommy called me.”

“I would never regret anything with you Daniel James Seavey. I love you.” She smiled. “I was only with him because I thought I couldn’t have you.” Adelia could see her ex staring at them. “I want him out of here babe.”

“And I would never regret anything you, I’ve loved you for years.” the man said holding her close “I got this.” he said walking up to the man telling him to leave “You’re not even her dad, I am, your blood type doesn’t match, mine does and you never deserved her or any of this.”

“I thought it was a figment of my imagination. When I woke up you were gone. I had no reason to think about it being a possibility until just now.” She walked up to him and caressed his cheek. “Why are you sorry? You have nothing to be sorry for.”

“I only left because I thought you’d regret it, I’ve had feelings for you for so long, Adelia.” he said as he looked at her “I could’ve saved you so much trouble with that jackass.”

“I thought it was just a realistic dream, fantasy.” She sighed. “Nez had a party to celebrate me getting away from Lucas. I got super drunk and when I woke up I was naked in bed.”

“Why didn’t you tell me? I mean I remember us, you know getting down in the sheets but I didn’t even think to put the timeline together.” the man said “I’m so sorry.”

“That’s what they said.” The whole way there she was trying to figure this out. They were almost to the girl’s hospital room when Adelia stopped. “She has your blood type. She is your daughter.”

“She’s my daughter?” Daniel said “Hold on a minute, Adelia, what in the world?” he said feeling shocked

As soon as she heard him she ran towards him and into his arms. “Danny. I hate him. I hate him.” Adelia pulled away when her phone ring. “Hello. Yes she’s A positive. What do you mean he isn’t a match? Okay. Thank you. We’ll be right there.”

“He isn’t a match for her blood type?” Daniel asked “Come on lets get to the hospital right now.” the man said as he ran back out to his car opening the doors of the tesla

“Yes he did.” She whispered, just wanting him here. Adelia nodded to her sister. “Be careful baby please.” The girl was so preoccupied she didn’t notice when the pet name slipped from her lips

Daniel smiled hearing the little pet name she called him “I will, don’t worry.” he said as he got in his car and was soon enough at Adelia’s place. Daniel got out of his car and ran up to the door, he put the familiar code in and opened it. “Hey it’s just me.” Daniel said as he walked over to where all the girls were.
