Just so everyone is aware:

Jess Moloney filed a defamation lawsuit against me in April 2025.

I responded to the claims myself and made multiple good-faith settlement offers, including a full retraction and removal of the content she objected to, in exchange for her agreeing not to pursue further legal action. Those offers were declined.

After I provided counter-evidence and pushed back on the claims, the case went dormant. No subpoenas were successfully served on me, and there has been no meaningful movement on the case since mid-2025. It appears to have been abandoned.

I’ve kept the blog up (and will continue to) because the information posted was based on publicly available information and my honest opinion at the time. I stand by the factual basis of what was written.

That’s the current status. I won’t be giving regular updates unless something new actually happens with the case.

I really don’t know. I didn’t start paying super close attention to her until recently when I made a post about it. Have to look when that was it was a few months ago. Only then did I start going back to look at things and I’m pretty sure I don’t know all the Elena lore as of now. That being said I do remember that stupid taberinfluencer account (before she was banned from IG she followed me on my Jess IG) and I didn’t follow her but I would periodically see her posts which were mostly delusional nonsense.

I remember her obsessively looking at Elena’s stories and Jamie’s and using geolocations to figure out where the address was and then posting it shortly before she was banned from IG the first time. That’s to say I don’t know if Elena directly posted the address or just made it super easy to find for stalkers like taberinfluencer aka allaboutjcb.

Kind of like how Jess used to do the same. Jess never doxxed the Malibu house directly but she posted enough landmarks and location clues that stalkers were able to find it. Just like when she did that at their hotel in New Zealand which I’m sure she did on purpose (same with Elena).

If anyone can confirm this for me or correct this then please do. I don’t remember or know of anything where Elena directly showed the address but that doesn’t mean I’m right.

Another thing to add to the living situation post - Elena can't possibly live in the UK unless she's got a job and a sponsor via the job who is willing to pay for her visa. The new rules here in the UK have made it very difficult for newcomers to come here and find a job. Visas are very expensive. She could technically work as an independent contractor being an influencer but those nomad visas are usually for other countries. I highly doubt Jamie would be willing to pay her visas just bc she's his gf. So she probably comes here on tourist visas, then goes back to the US, then returns again. It's very difficult when you have an unstable job. If she was an actress or had any talent that would've been different.

I could be wrong but unless things changed within the last month I thought Americans could visit the UK for up to 6 months without a visa. To be fair with how the world is now, rules can change extremely fast on things like that. Though even if I am right about that, I don't know how she'd sustain herself anyway. She clearly doesn't want to work a 9 to 5 job, I would bet all the money I have right now she's going broke (or is actually broke), and I really don't think she can afford to fly everywhere she wants anymore because I don't think Jamie's bankrolling her (Nor do I think he ever was) and I think her parents have probably gotten tired of it too. I don't know why she made that vlog. Either it was a last ditch effort to convince Jamie to let her move in with him or she wants people to think she's living there even though she's not. I mean some people are so out of the loop they think she still lives in Paris. Whatever her intent was here, it was stupid and poorly planned, it definitely didn't work. I think she has no chance in hell in ever living with Jamie or ever getting into his flat again.

Her latest tiktok is…not trying to be nitpicky but this is a pattern, like a white girl being served dinner in the serengeti with the locals serving her and if u get where im going with this like it’s giving colonialism vibes lol. It’s really leaning tone deaf.

Do you remember her Rwanda trip? Not sure if she made a TikTok about it but I do remember IG stories where she was filming the local people in the market as if they were zoo animals. I mean she literally has done this countless times (and has been called out on it way before Jamie). She 100% gives off that vibe when she goes to these countries as if these people are just set pieces for her content and not real people.

I'd be surprised if she talks to any of them or even buys anything. She probably films and goes right back to the "safety" of her hotel to upload it. There'd be nothing wrong with this if she actually wanted to experience the culture but it's clear she doesn't. It's clear it's performative and she believes she's above everyone else and she's always been this way. Then when people mention it she pulls out the "I'm not white I'm Persian" card as if she's not totally 100% white girl and always has been.

Oh, I was wondering if it was just me who felt that way, when she posted his flat.

It's no big deal if he does it, it is HIS flat, but her doing it... And it was reposted to reddit, and people were SO stoked about it (content starved or whatever) but something about it made me feel uncomfortable. I would have been pretty pissed if someone did that with my living space, that's so invasive.

People would defend it, saying she's his girlfriend, but he barely acknowledges her and wasn't even living with her in the first place. So, boundaries.

I hate to say it but even Jess knew better. I mean we did see the kitchen a lot and then that balcony, and then one time that hallway, but never a personal area of Jamie's. Not the bedroom, living room, any other place where he could have had personal items or art. The hallway was maybe the closest (cause there is some art there) but hardly the same as what Elena did. Jess very well could have filmed in the living room or the bedroom I mean she did live there too, she just had enough sense not to. And we all know Jess was 100% capitalizing on being with Jamie so the fact that Elena has less restraint than Jess is mind blowing.

There is no defense for her doing that, whatsoever. She wasn't living there. We know this now and we knew this then. If she had been living there and long term, then maybe....maybe I could believe Jamie was okay with it or just put up with it etc. The fact that she only has two entire tiktoks from his place and within the same month basically says all it needs to say. He didn't like it, it was invasive, and I would bet money he told her NOT to film there and she did it anyway.

This girl doesn't know the meaning of the word privacy when it comes to him because all she can see is dollar signs. Unfortunately for her it was a big waste of her time and money because he got sick of her really fast. I'd be shocked if their relationship isn't entirely over by now.

I know she said she “needs someone to talk to” in her Reddit post, and whilst I’m sure she doesn’t really have any close friends, I don’t think she meant she couldn’t talk to Jamie (even if she can’t) - I think it was an excuse to talk about herself and bring the spotlight onto her. Getting caught aside, I still think it’s so disgusting that she was intentionally trying to direct attention to herself because he was releasing new music. It’s such gross behaviour to steal the spotlight from someone else, especially if you claim to love them.

But I don't think she can talk to Jamie. The main reason is that a lot of the hate she's getting is valid. Sure she could omit that but she doesn't get a lot of unwarranted hate (like on her accounts). So if she were to say go to Jamie and tell him "I'm getting a lot of online hate" he'd just tell her to block them on IG then what can she say after that? "No I mean these accounts on tumblr and tiktok" and he'd probably say not to look at them if she pressed the issue he'd probably ask her "What are they saying that is making you so upset?" and then she couldn't tell him because she'd have to be like, "Well they are saying I'm a liar and pointing out proof that I fake stuff". There's no real way for her to tell him about this hate without also risking him seeing it and exposing herself.

Truth be told I don't actually think Jamie would go look at those accounts (on here or TikTok) but Elena wouldn't ever want to even risk that he might because if she knows the hate is valid, if she knows she's a liar, if she knows there's evidence then in her mind why risk him even glancing at an account that may point this out to him. So, I think there's almost no way she can talk to Jamie without also exposing the very logical and legitimate complaints people have about her which do seem to override the irrational hate. She does get irrational hate, I won't pretend she doesn't, but I see so much more valid hate.

Ignoring all of that, you are right about when she chose to post it, even if she hadn't gotten caught the whole point was to drive attention to her account and what? Drag Jamie? (saying dating him is like hell on earth). Why would she do that? She also made her Vinted sale the same day as his song release, if people didn't notice, like she was intending to capitalize on people searching for him to also come across her sale and I'm sure that was the intent. After the Reddit stuff she delayed it an extra day.

All this woman does and has done is use Jamie to bounce off of to get herself attention and engagement. From the very beginning. Did you see that one thing going around about how she copied her friend Ashley's photoshoot and then added in a pic of Jamie at the end of the shoot because she knew it would get extra engagement if she did that? Also don't get me started how she basically stole Brooke Miccio's entire personality, style, even the way she talks. This girl has no original bone in her body, and I used to think Jess was the ultimate poser.

the whole living situation is genuinely so so confusing? she said everything is changing, hinted a million x 10 she was going to move to london. she can't even move there for visa reasons for more than half a year. Jamie has an apartment in london there why wouldn't she just move in with him anyways? that part is weird so either he didn't want her to move in with her when she wanted to or she didn't want to but she is obsessed with him so ? then she is in nyc in a studio apartment saying she cant afford stuff-i personally think they are uncoupling as we speak-but jamie can live in america im assuming for a long period of time so as a couple wouldnt he just get the apartment and then they live together in nyc? or they would have been doing long distance. doesnt even add up when u factor them traveling so much cause they have to have a home base somewhere anyways. Makes negative sense to me.

She made a vlog called "new beginnings in london" (or something like that I watched maybe 2 minutes).

Then after that she went right back to NYC. Then she hasn't been back to London since then (I think we'd know cause she'd have made a big deal out of it).

Then she was complaining, a lot, online about having no permanent place to live or a lease or whatever. To me it seemed like she was trying so hard to get Jamie to let her move in with him.

However, I think what may have killed it is the two TikToks she did that were clearly inside his flat. It was obviously his place. I'm guessing she didn't at all have permission to do it and Jamie is way more private than she is so he probably was like "No, never again" on that end. Even in her "new beginnings in london" vlog she wasn't in his apartment she was clearly somewhere else that she rented or was just staying at.

She was 100% trying to make people think she was living with him (or about to) and probably at the same time trying to move in with him and pressure him to let that happen but I think he realized she would be a major security flaw and he couldn't allow that to happen. He probably hasn't even let her in his flat since that point.

In January she did make that post asking about a bed with storage for a studio in NYC it was around/after the Ski trip (the date on the post). He did seem to hang around her some times after that. For some reason she was at Millie's party but I don't know how/why. Did she just show up there and no one told her to leave? Like WTF was that? After that point we haven't really gotten pics of him that we can tell are recent/new. They could be old. One was him from behind at that piano in god knows what location. One was the Gym photo but God knows when that was taken. And then in a somewhat recent Tiktok his back is to her as she films him going into a Cafe (who knows if he even knew she filmed that).

Then the Reddit thing happens around the same time. Jamie COULD defend her if he wanted to, he COULD help her if he wanted to. Doesn't seem like he wants either. My best guess was this relationship was dead before the Reddit post even happened and maybe he was still seeing her sometimes but it wasn't like romantic. Also if she really is living in a studio apartment she's probably too broke to travel anymore unless her parents (or Jamie) is going to pay for it but I think that's unlikely after all of this.

I think (my best guess and this is just an opinion not a fact) that she's either broke, close to broke, or seriously in debt. That she's run out of options, she can't fly around freely, she can't follow him everywhere, she is spending what little she does have to rent filming locations for social media (and only in NYC) and she actually lives in a studio which she can probably barely afford since even the "cheapest" ones in Brooklyn (where she claims to be located) are like 3-3500K a month.

She doesn't get near enough sponsors or views or whatever to make that to afford it. She probably spent her life savings and thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars to go into debt to follow Jamie around thinking it would be her big break and it wasn't. I think that Reddit post was desperation for...something, but if she didn't even feel like she could talk to Jamie about her problems they can't be close.

If I had to guess we are not only looking at a breakup but the end of a career. I mean her "friend" (Ex-friend) Brooke has less followers than her on IG and on TikTok but gets so many more brand deals, lives in a much nicer place, has that podcast, seems to do real work. Make a ton of money. It makes me wonder just how much Elena has artificially inflated her followers, likes, and views because if her friend has less than her but is more successful and making more money something isn't adding up.

I thought it would have died down too but it's getting worse as it spreads between her friends and other influencers. If that rumor about that tabloid article is accurate she's fucked even more than she is now.

Remember that one rumor a while back about Jamie supposedly going to jewelry stores and looking for a ring? Now I’m starting to wonder if the rumor originated from Elena herself on an anonymous account. Now we know she’s shady enough to do something like that because of this Reddit thing.

I do remember that. I also kind of wonder if it didn't originate from there (to be fair anyone can make up a rumor or maybe it was true or maybe he was just in a jewelry store which is also possible) whatever the case, I wonder if she didn't plant it, if she saw the rumor and thought it mean he wanted to get serious with her and pushed way way too hard and drove him crazy. God only knows where that rumor came from or why 😂

I saw some of what they said not the whole thing but they did say something like how it's loser behavior, which it definitely is. She's probably watching all of this and trying to find a way to blame it on anyone but herself.

Brooke Miccio has left a very direct hint to Elena in her stories 😂

They may not be using her name but that's because they all know who she is and I guarantee you in private they are telling everyone else (like in their circles) so she's pretty much cancelled out any friends/collabs she could have ever had in the future.

She would just to "prove to the world" he's still with her I doubt she'd give a fuck about embarrassment (if she did care about that she'd have stopped posting or even privated her accounts) Jamie, however, may not want her near him. Still, I don't think she went to Paris with him I think a fan would have spotted them and/or there's no way she'd have. missed the chance to brag she was there even if it was with just one IG story (like she did when she followed him to Milan).

I'm still hung up on the fact that she was asking about a bed with storage space for a studio apartment, in January. Which can't mean anything good for her (or Jamie) or the relationship. It sounds like in January he pretty much told her, "Yeah this ski trip is the last thing we are doing you're on your own" and suddenly she's poor and needs to get a studio apartment in NYC. She also basically never films in the same place more than once or twice and she's never given an "apartment tour" (like she used to do when she moved somewhere). Pretty sure she's basically broke and living in a sad studio apartment and this has been going on way before the Reddit post. Maybe Jamie was still seeing her (she could easily lie and rent a nice place when he's in town and claim its hers) but yeah, it's funny, sad, and embarrassing all at once. I can't really feel bad for her though she brought this on herself.

On the Puerto Rico Comic Con website it says that Jamie will be on April 3 and 5

The promo I posted said 3-5 which typically means all three days of the con. But none of this even matters because even if he was only there on the fifth what proof does this have that he’s going to be with Elena? What does it matter?
