Middle New England in a Lord of the Rings kind of Style
A styled map of Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Southern Maine, as well as some mountain ranges and islands.
This is my second attempt at doing a take on a real world setting, the first being a similar style map of Scotland which you can see here.
Some people have asked if I’m selling prints of these maps, or if if they can be bought online somewhere. You can find them here for free in the original full resolution, which you can download and print. Though the files are free, feedback is appreciated!

New England has a pretty impressive coastline, especially around Maine which reminds me a lot of the West of Scotland. I think it lends itself fairly well to this sort of style as it’s a vaguely similar shape to Middle Earth, mirrored horizontally. I wasn’t going for accuracy here, though most of the towns and cities should be mostly where they appear in real life. Roads are just added for effect, and mountains naturally aren’t to scale.
