No. He doesn’t view himself as a saint, but he truly does feel that the things that he’s done in his past had some merit. He just went about it the wrong way.

He would not handle it well at all. He knows all to well of the pains and fear of being possessed. To have tempting thoughts fill your mind. Ones of vengeance, recompense,relief. Only for you to be pulled back and forced to face the aftermath of your actions.

//Most likely a one way ticket to the shadow realm. But hopefully, if the gods forgive him, he gets to be reunited with his family once again.

ψ Do they think they deserve punishment for their wrongdoings?

Yes and no. Even without the evil influence, he still thinks the reasoning behind his actions are completely valid. He wanted revenge for his fallen village, and even now feels that his wrongdoings don’t crack a dent to what was done to him and his people.

Even so, he still knows that what he did was wrong and tries (in his own way) to forgive and better himself.
