โI would never be disappointed in you.โ
Lesbians will see a fictional older woman with questionable morals and emotional baggage and be like thatโs my wife โค๏ธ
This is Doris Pollas, the cofounder of the organisation now known as lgbt+ Denmark which by being founded in 1948 is one of the oldest if not the oldest queer organisation in the world.
Doris lived in a farm in Jutland as a child. She was always butch and figured out she was a lesbian in her teens. When she heard about a club in copenhagen where boys kissed boys and girls kissed girls she went just some months after and it was through that club she started a paper connecting queer people all up to seventies and co founded lgbt+ Denmark.
She is now 97 year and wishes for every queer person to have an as loving and accepting family as she did.
I donโt see a lot of older gays from my country, so learning about Doris, a masc lesbian, was really nice.
ENDLESS GIFS OF: WAYHAUGHT โก Wynonna Earpโ 4x02
โIt all comes down to miss Waverly Earp, who had the courage to go into that sheriffโs office and grab that sexy woman and literally just go for it.โ
โThe saddest thing for me, maybe in this whole show, was watching Eleanor reach out to people in different ways. She kind of systematically goes through the family looking for help. The episode was kind of built this way, once Arthur was out of the picture. Even when she was in the car with Luke, he asks her how sheโs doing and she answers him. She doesnโt like to be at home alone. She hears things at night. She sees things. And he interrupts her. She reached out to Theo and Theo wasnโt really listening. The tragedy of Eleanor, for me, more than anything, is that there are numerous opportunities throughout this episode in her interactions with her siblings, with everyone in her family, that probably could have saved her. That is the kind of stuff I find the most haunting.โ - Mike Flanagan making me cry even more over Nellโs story during his commentary for Episode 5 of The Haunting of Hill House

Megan Fox for InStyle Magazine (2021, ph. Alex Harper)
Trans people deserve the same freedoms of gender expression as cis people.
If cis men can wear skirts, dresses, jewellery and makeup and still be considered men, so can trans men.
If cis women can have short hair, not shave or wear makeup and wear suits and still be considered women, so can trans women.
To all the trans people reading this, I hope you have a wonderful day and know that you are loved
If youโre reading this, itโs too late. The positive vibes are already coming for you, get ready. You have no choice but to have a good day now.

Police: Walk faster
-Baby, I have heels on, how will I walk? Iโll walk slowly.
From Pride Parade Istanbul๐
this beautiful woman used her privilege to slow down the police in istanbul, since the police are not allowed to touch tourists.
if she wasn't german and she was turkish, she would've been beaten up and taken to the police station violently.
it is embarrassing to see so many police officers walking behind her. but she's a brave woman to stand up against the police, and keep the parade going.
we love you liana georgi๐๐๐ซ
