Things I want told when transitioning: Part 1

Hello, I a. 6 years into HRT (hormone replacement therapy) I am MTF and its been a interesting road for me. There is a lot of stuff online that people post and there is a lot of experiences that are not posted much so I am kinda wondering am I alone in these issues or do other transgender MTF experience these things.

I am going to post these experiences every once in a while (week to week) as I would love feedback and discussion on these items.

So..... Here we go!

Part 1 - Atrophy

If you don't use it, you will loose it. That's the rumor, but there is more to it than that. When first on HRT I stopped sex and playing with myself for a few months.... Bad thing., do not due! I now have a dent in the side of my penis where it no longer fills with blood. I call it a hand grip now Lola. Throw in over the years of not doing sex and play that makes you erect I now get pain when I do, from the stretching and movement. This causes tearsthat are truly painful and also can cause agitation on the base with hair growing on the shaft and where the base meats your scrotum.

Remember: get erect, often because later down the road you will regret it and cause many other problems.
