Hey guys, so I just finished my Singapore photodiary x OOTD and now we're moving on to our trip in Hong Kong. Before I talk and talk, here are some of the pictures first:
Our ship actually stopped in Hong Kong in the afternoon, specifically, at 3pm. So unfortunately, again, time was really important and not to be wasted. The captain of the ship was giving his advices for us passengers and, don't laugh at me, when he said the temperature outside, I heard it was 30ºC, so I thought it was hot, stupidly enough, when we stepped outside, it was freezing cold. Well, it wasn't 30ºC. It was 13ºC. Oh yes. How embarrassing. HAHAHA, anyway, fortunately, what I wore still covered me well and I still had a fun time.
Before I go into details, let's first talk about this one.
After stepping outside the ship, we had a free shuttle that gave us a ride to Plaza Hollywood. The Plaza Hollywood was full of brands that could make your pocket cry. :D But, we never had time to buy clothes here because we were rushing to go to... DISNEYLAND!
Anyways, the Plaza Hollywood was connected to the MTR, it was their version of our MRT/LRT. Although, theirs was the best, I can tell you that. Their MTR are connected to what seems like all the places in Hong Kong. Seriously, I commend Hong Kong for the convenient ride everywhere, and that's just the small portion of the whole thing I love about Hong Kong. Okay, I think I said Hong Kong a billion times already, okay I'll stop now, HAHA.
(*Anime warrior kind of voice)The cold won't stop us from taking OOTDs!!! :)
I told you earlier about their MTR right? So here's a brochure of Plaza Hollywood and their transportation, which is the MTR. The train goes to all the station here. And we can go to wherever we want at our convenience. Although the downside of it was that we have to change trains like 3 times to go to our destination, but heck. It's still so much better and the price of the ticket was super worth it!
This was in Sunny Bay(as you can see) this is the last stop that you need to go to before you can set foot to the place where 'Dreams come true.' Well that is after you ride the Disney train, which is amazeballs!
This is actually some kind of a family picture, just look at my mom, dad, and sister in the window. HAHA
And finally... We're here... *teary eyed HAHA.
Selfie first before entering!!!
Yey, I got Woody for my ticket! :D *crying just kidding HAHA
Look out for my next post for more pictures! :)
We were starving because we didn't grab food before we travelled so the first thing I ate was...
My Mickey waffle! So delicious and my tummy smiled. :)
Oh and not to mention the bakery there which is filled with not only yummy pastries but yummy to the eyes as well!
And no, this isn't real, but I sure hope it is! It's like looking at Snow White's pastries. Hihi.
I don't know, I may be wrong but this picture reminds me of Walt Disney, do you think I'm near to being correct? :)
My mickey waffles were accompanied by a Mickey hot chocolate. See, see, I'm good at naming things. HAHAHA, it's a gift you guys.
The 'ride' that we first tried was 'It's a Small World'. It's a collection of wonderful dolls singing It's a small world. We even saw Filipino dolls there. So cute! :">
Aww! Cinderelli, Cinderelli! :D
Then it was time to hear a story from... Quinee the Pooh Bear! :D Who is very 'tall.' NOT! HAHAHA
I swear, the ride was like a storybook. Awesome!
Hey, where's my cap Mom? :)
So I said earlier that we were lacking time and we rushed to go to Disney, we came here at around 5pm already, and unfortunately they will be closed by 8pm. Such a bummer but on the upside, we bought a two-day ticket so better watch out for our second day in Disney Land!
So, instead of moping around, and not enjoy it because it's already closing time, we just enjoyed the fireworks display that they always ready for the tourists/visitors.
But that's not all!!! After Disney Land, we went straight to Mong Kok for our shopping spree! Thanks for the libre mom and dad! :)
We took the MTR again, and this was actually at 8pm already and there's no hassle commuting. It's so convenient!!!
Ah yes, my favorite make-up brand. Of course, I need a picture with it! :D
Sorry, I'm also really sad because we were running all the time that I didn't get too many photos but, one thing's for sure, my eyes saw all the Fashionistas out there. I swear, Hong Kong fashion is high fashion. And just because it's cold in Hong Kong doesn't mean that they're only gonna wear jackets and coats. No, they wear awesome items that could make you say 'WOW!' If only you guys were there, I know you'd agree with me. :)
We got a good 3 1/2 hours shopping in Mong Kok before we returned to our ship. HAHA, that's only a short shopping time for me! It's not enough!!! HAHAHA. Just kidding.
After this trip, we went back to the ship, used the wifi first and then went straight to bed. Seriously, it's not only the time that you need when visiting Hong Kong, you only need a great amount of energy!
Watch out for the Part 2 of this post, Hong Kong, we're not done yet!
