Hey guys! Remember me?
It’s been awhile since I last logged in and it’s just life getting in the way. I made this account to connect and share with Shenny shippers around the world and it’s amazing to know that I’m not the only one that loves these two characters to bits and pieces. I’ve received messages from a lot of you, mostly positive things about the ship. This was a fun way to connect with all of you and the friendships I made through the blog will be unforgettable.
I’m not saying goodbye for the last time. The Shenny community here is unbelievable and even though it’s been almost three years since I’ve sat down in front of my tv and completely watch a full episode of TBBT, there will always be a special place for it in my heart. It did help me through my struggles from the past and gave me the laughs I really needed.
When I first watched the show, I immediately fell in with Sheldon and Penny and their relationship. I could just see my husband and I in them. Our friends and family thought of us as having a sibling-like bond growing up as teenagers, but soon after it grew into something more. I wished that it’s the same end game for Shenny. Wouldn’t it be nice?
Anyways, I’ll still log on from time to time reblogging and posting things. I just want to say thank you to my wonderful followers. You have all been so supportive and fun to interact with.
I wish that I was younger and had a lot of time in my hands to blog and write fanfics. It was a great hobby and something totally different from what I do (I’m an esthetician). But after becoming a new mother of twins a little over a month ago, it’s difficult to find time to do anything.
To wrap it up, I’m saying goodbye for a little while. Keep blogging and writing fanfics guys. You’ll inspire a lot of people and keep this ship alive.
