jfc bru i cant even laugh at ur gathering bc i feel that pain so hard

i just… i understand that we’re supposed to buy dragons and then exalt them when we’re bored with them. i do that (believe it or not). i exalt dragons. i buy and train and exalt. i also exalt a lot of dragons from nests i hatch. the dragons i try to sell are the ones i dont insta-exalt (so maybe 1 dragon out of 3 or 4).

but i’ve been picky. i’ve culled my lair a lot. ive gotten rid of dragons i really didnt want to because of space. sometimes i check up on them and lament i didnt keep them because they wound up exalted but what can you do?

i just wish that a site focused on collecting, breeding, and battling, that when battling is difficult (there are many boards voicing problems with how the coli runs), and breeding is only profitable when you hit a lucky streak on a niche (otherwise it’s just more fodder), that collecting might get some sort of incentive other than a treasure sink and a limit

I would exalt dragons if I had the space for any non-perma dragons. c': As it is, yeah, before I hit the limit I exalted over 100 dragons and likely a bunch more (and that's not counting the ones I've sent to others for exalting). It'd be kinda interesting to be able to see individual stats for that besides 'which level of achievement have you hit'.

But, yeah. Like. Even being super super super picky...

Currently with the amount of genes and breeds and flights and so on, there is 30 013 741 296 different possible dragon combos. c': Not counting accents and skins and apparels, there is over 30 billion possible different dragon-looks one can get.

Even when one is hella picky, with that many possibilities it's just. 125 spaces is really not enough.

i feel like such a dumb sap sometimes

i like to go in the AH and look for named dragons

and i like to see how old they are and how many kids they have and i get really sentimentally attached and honestly they are my favorite dragons to buy because they were so loved and gened from like basic faes and held for months and had kids but they just dont fit in anymore so maybe i can find a place for them

except i dont have space for all the dragons i like and its getting harder and harder as im approaching 125 full spaces. i have a list of color combos im trying to get before i fill up, but i keep just falling in love with like single gened mirrors and snappers in the AH and

i really wish lairs were looked at again in terms of expansion

it is way too easy to get attached to dragons. especially ones with history.

and I don’t wanna get rid of any of mine

and. yeah. I now have 125 dragons and the inability to get any more / easily hatch nests without giving any up is making me feel kinda stagnant and despondent about FR overall.

in fact i just bought another dragon because i felt bad for it in the AH and im looking at a second and oh my god im pathetic

but without getting more dragons and working on them, what honestly do i do on fr other than gathering turns (bc games and the coli are wonky)

and lbr gathering turns isn't really enough excitement to even make it worth logging in

and since FR is a game about having a clan of dragons and breeding dragons and dragons ..yeah. plz to make it more possible to have and keep and continue getting more dragons.

and I still sometimes think about some dragons that I've had to pass up on and sometimes I go look them up again and it's a bit extra sad when they've ended up exalted. so yeah def not pathetic to have dragon-feelings like that imo
