So often we let the unknown of the future daunt us, we look at others around us and wonder what we'll be like when we're there that we forget to live in the HERE and NOW. Under their beliefs and restrictions? I am a woman. I am young. But I am also a child of the one true King. Jesus himself said "let the children come". You have the power to change. He was hated before us but He also lives in us. Recently I've been out of touch a bit with God and out of touch with this account. There were so many other things going on in my life, vying for my attention, that he got a back seat. Then I read this verse this morning and it really hit me. It doesn't have much to do with my lacking, but it struck a chord in me. It made me sit back and think, because how am I using my mouth? Or my girfts? Or my life? How are YOU?
