Bloomed Eden
Hello! Update on the Bloomed Eden events.
Recap:
Bloom themed Eden Runs scheduled for the 1st(Wednesday) and the 5th(Sunday) of April around 3pm EDT. The reason for two is to make sure people has an opportunity to go on the weekend.

I will be willing to go with people if they catch me at a later time after the group goes. I want to make sure as many can go to Eden with other people as possible.

Why am I an option? So that Loop can see the results and not commit fraud.
A bit of a longer duration for that poll, since there is still a full week until the first Run takes place.

Bloomed Eden
Heyy guys, I've been quiet lately huh.
Well, recently I burned out of Sky and eventually decided to limit my time playing to only during events. As well as this, the events that I used to plan were also put on hold.
Well, today I ran into a friend and their other friend of theirs(that I won't name for their privacy), and they brought up the events. Which I had honestly forgotten about at this point, and one of the ones they brought up was the first Day of Eden. And that did bring me back to that train wreck of a run(lovingly put).
So here's what we came up with.
Two separate Eden runs, 1 on April 1st, and another on April 5th. That way there will be one during the week and one on the weekend. This will give more people the chance to participate.
The catch is that you have to only wear items from Bloom. Hence the title 'Bloomed Eden'
I'll run polls closer to the dates just to see who may be interested in participating. Right now I'm just putting the idea out there.
As for times to go? I'll try and be ready for 3pm EDT, but I will be on later as well and will be willing to go again with people purely for the love of the game. lol
Regarding the other events, they may eventually come back, maybe hide and seek in one of those Lanterns from Lightmending.

[Completely redoing this since I accidentally @'d the wrong person, and I know that reposting it will show the unedited version. (Sorry about that!). I've also realized that I just don't remember the @ of the person I was going to originally add, I can only assume that we exchanged codes somewhere outside of the messages. So for that I won't namedrop them incase it was via another way.]
Looking at Warframe fansites with no basis is like getting a concussion and then trying to learn stocks.
What does ANY of this mean.
Here's the very tired scrabbles of what I think any of these could mean without checking:
Void Fissures? No idea, maybe it's some sort of outbreak that you gotta work to fix.
Invasions? Same thing? I'm guessing at least one of these events are for where ever the pvp part of the game is(I don't pvp, I just don't enjoy it).
Bounties and Nightwave looks simple enough, quests that give rewards upon completion.
Archimedia could be challenges, where you have to complete certain tasks whilst impaired in some way.
To be fair, NONE of the game makes sense to me, I feel like I walked science class after being out late and suddenly there's a project on creating a working rocket
I'll probably slowly learn what any of it is with time. It's just that right now, when I clicked on this fansite and saw what I assumed were like 6 different time zones within the game itself, all I could do was squint at it.
ok ok, so slow down. Depending on how long you've been playing you won't actually have to worry about all of this yet.
There are tier to how you prioritize this kind of thing. Firstly being, you don't have to worry about ANY of this until you've completed the map. You can dip your toes in of course and some players may recommend you getting some better gear for towards the end of the star chart, but the base game can be played without any of this.
As a new player, all you need to worry about is completing your nodes (all missions on all planets), tentivly learning how to mod, and trying to pay attention to the story line as it comes.
bounties are just ways to earn more standing with certain factions. Which can be helpful as higher standing unlocks higher level gear that you can buy for each faction. You don't have to do those at all if you don't want to but they can be pretty convenient especially if you do them with other people. You can also earn standing by hunting, fishing, and scavenging on most planets. The only factions I'd recommend concerning yourself with in the beginning are on earth and Venus.
You can get a base version of most early/mid game tools from those vendors.
nightwave is a seasonal reward system that runs all the time. Its basically just free earnable stuff. if you want cool things for cheap then do the bounties, if you don't then don't worry about it. (if you don't understand the night wave bounties click on them for a longer explanation. or feel free to ask me). Difficulty of each nightwave bounty is wildly different so don't worry if there are some you can't do. They mix in hard ones for later game players.
Void fissures are just for collecting prime pieces to build prime gear. You can try to build some specific gear if you want to but don't worry about it if not.
The rest of that stuff? that's new game plus stuff. None of your business. This is a very big game, don't concern yourself with things outside your ability range.
There's not a lot of specific order you have to do anything in this game which can make it feel overwhealming when you "can" do so many things right away. But truly, you don't need to worry about any of that unless there's some specific thing you end up wanting. A frame, a weapon, a vehicle. That all that's for. Worry about making the gear you have now good, worry about the rest of it later.
I figured a lot of it would be later on, something that helps upgrade better stuff. A lot of my confusion was from the fact that a lot of the stuff I've already done(accessing a open world area, accessing Venus, modding my gear) was all done over a year ago, and I hadn't had the time to refamiliarize myself with what I was supposed to do.
I'm not going to really stress myself with trying to do all of those events until I understand the base game again. Which I'll get to, eventually, maybe.
Warframe isn't a game I'm going to spend a lot of time on for a bit, as I'm focusing on SkyCotl for the moment. So it will continue to be a new experience until I cool down on SkyCotl.
I more so made the original post because it was really late for me then, and I had pulled up a fansite that had all the times for these events. And I found it hilarious because it was like looking at stock readings with all the different graphs and lists and bars.
That all being said, I do appreciate you taking the time to write this out! I knew that I'd be stepping into a game that has years of stockpiled content. I also knew it was going to be confusing for a good while.

Warframe to Sky to Warframe again
I just recently got Warframe again since I quit it in last December.
My aim will probably be even worse than it was when I last played.(I've never played any shooting games, so I'm building on no foundation).
But! My movement should be good with my 700+ hours on Sky COTL. All the flourish I add to my spins and twirls and launching off of walls.
Which will be like a full circle, since I was on Warframe first, and carried that movement over to Sky, and now it will carry back over to Warframe.
I still have no idea what I'm doing in Warframe btw, I had like 20 hours on that game before stopping.
I'll figure it out

Sky Events
Whelp, it's 2026, the holiday months are over.
This is to say, our group events are now supposedly back on schedule!
Well kinda-
You see, I have January plotted out with when Shards will drop and when there are free days(Image will be below a 'read more' line at the bottom of this post.
What I would like to know however, is how many are actually interested in participating in these events. I'd like to know for if I host these again.
So what better way than a poll! For context, I'm in the EST time zone, so I'm 3 hours ahead of Sky's Time zone(PST)

Time zones are tricky to work around, and the best I can come up with is for others in a better suited time zone to host their own event.
While we're on that, what about events that take place on here? Maybe...
Skyblr Hunt! One person(the hider) posts an image of them in an area, and others have to post their own images of where they think the hider is. The first person to find where the hider was will the follow up with their own image, thus becoming the next hider.
Maybe fashion shows as well, but it's handled like those 'Tumblr's sexiest man/woman/enby' contests. People post their own outfits that are then put into brackets etc etc
This is all, of course, dependent on whether people actually want to take part in these events.
We'll see I suppose!
