I combined two of my favorite things from childhood: a tiger cub and water with fish

I wanted to draw a picture that was a bit childish, even, with pretentious bright colors; that's exactly how bright the world seemed to me as a child.

And this tiger cub falls into the sea out of nowhere, just from above, and fish jump out of the water. I think I'm pretty constrained by the framework and I should have made this picture even more absurd
