I'm not sure if you are taking requests or ideas so ignore if not! But I have been thinking a lot about Dex w a reader that is into some crazy shit, like blood kink stuff and at first dex is terrified of hurting her but eventually he gives in and is overwhelmed with how much he loves seeing her bleed? Maybe some minor cannibalism stuff, nothing crazy but blood drinking or even scarification? Sorry if this is crazy😭 plz ignore me I'm just a scary dex freak

Do you think Dex would lie to reader to change things about her he doesn’t like? Like personality traits, or her interest in music taste or something, or does he love everything about her regardless?

i called in a colleague for a professional opinion, and i agree with them on the fact that he would definitely change things that he perceives as harmful.

idk if my characterisation is correct but i think he can mould to whoever in a lot of ways, not to say he is without a personality; we know he has lots of that lol, but i guess i mean if it is something the reader likes, he will probably just like it based on the fact they like it.

if there are things he doesn't like about the reader, he probably wouldn't be with them or decide if the things he dislikes are worth it based on what he gets out of the relationship.

callback to my adrian x reader x dex, he doesn't like adrian, but he won't kill him based on the fact that reader is also with him. i could get unreasonably dark about if that's what you want, but i'm going based off of being somewhat in character. but if adrian was hurting reader, or he belived adrian was genuinely harmful, he probably would do something about it.

i'm not of the belief that he wouldn't do things that would hurt the reader; he would. so he would change a behaviour he finds harmful, even if it is potentially irrational for you him to think that.

if he wanted you to stop spending all your time at the rock climbing gym, would he cause you an injury by sabotaging your gear? idk actually lol he might be more inclined to hide your gear like a ferret. or say he wants to go with you. idk. idk.
