I wanted to rave about how much I like my new Urban Decay Naked Skin foundation but then I remembered the last few times I'd used it, it didn't last that long because B kept touching my face, kissing my cheeks and playing with my hair that when I went to the restroom to touch up, I was horrified to find my foundation kinda in patches and my skin definitely showing through, with some redness around the nose and cheeks. I have to say though that this was clearly B's fault, I have nothing much to complain about the product. It applies beautifully, is lightweight and the packaging is so chic. The other times I wore the foundation without meeting B , my skin looked so flawless, like a dream.. and after setting with a powder , the foundation lasted on my face for 7 to 8 hours, giving a slight glow and dewyness that I'm always looking for in a foundation but clearly, makeup doesn't go hand in hand with playful hands. I love this foundation a lot even though it has less coverage than my Esteé Lauder double wear foundation because it gives a natural finish and feels so light on my skin. It's on the pricey side but definitely worth trying. I currently wear shade 1.0 for the Naked Skin foundation and Bone for the double wear. These are the only two foundations I have on my makeup shelf currently. The rest are bb creams because I don't use foundations for daily wear for fear of getting clogged pores and whatnot but yeah.. foundations definitely make better base makeup than bb creams. These will last me well to next year but I'm already itching to get Tarte amazonian clay foundation and Laneige cc cream after I saw absolutely fab reviews of them on youtube.
