I love how homophobes are basically claiming that Ryan O'Shaughnessy qualified only because of “the gays” and that “it seems all you need to qualify is being gay”. I know this will sound kind of rude for some people, however I have an answer for the people asking why is something “negligible” as Eurovision so important for Europe. I will tell you. Because it isn’t Americanized. Because it’s a celebration for the countries in Europe and as of some years not only Europe(ex.Australia,Israel,Armenia). Eurovision is about having fun,about everyone coming together to celebrate our identities,our cultures and it happend so we put a spice of competition in it. Eurovision is about APPRECIATION and it is important!
