Ok, new Eurovision Rule: Everyone who sings a ballad is automatically disqualified.
Can Ireland stay with our gay ballad? We didn't have fireworks and sparkles but we had adorable dancing
Fucking true
Highlights from my Eurovision Semi-final 1 Spam
Ireland:
Me:
I love how homophobes are basically claiming that Ryan O'Shaughnessy qualified only because of âthe gaysâ and that âit seems all you need to qualify is being gayâ. Like, yeah, letâs forget how both Tooji and Ryan Dolan, known homosexuals, finished last in 2012 and 2013, how Dana International didnât even make it pass the semifinal in 2011. I would tell them to go fuck themselves, but theyâre so full of themselves already.
I am very proud of my followers, because so far none of you has given up on me and unfollowed despite the Eurovision spam. Youâre all good people who respect my trashy culture, good kids, you all get a cookie.
Me right now. Sorry guys, Europe never really gets much except during Eurovision so im gonna spam đ
you: ireland doesnât deserve to be in the final
me, an intellectual:Â IRELANDE DOUZE POINTS!!!!
THEY WERE SO GOOD
Journalist @ Ireland:
Do you wanna inspire artists in the future to sing about gay love as well ?
Ireland @ Journalist:
I would just like to not inspire people to sing about gay love, straight love or anything like that, that was never my intention, my intention was only from the start to help people who donât see already that love is just love and thereâs no difference with us between a man or a woman, woman and a woman or a man and a man.
friendly reminder: ireland is in the final of eurovision 2018 for the first time in 5 years so please babies, donât forget to vote for ireland. ireland needs your love!
Plus we got the gay
I know this will sound kind of rude for some people, however I have an answer for the people asking why is something ânegligibleâ as Eurovision so important for Europe. I will tell you. Because it isnât Americanized. Because itâs a celebration for the countries in Europe and as of some years not only Europe(ex.Australia,Israel,Armenia). Eurovision is about having fun, about everyone coming together to celebrate our identities, our cultures and it happend so we put a spice of competition in it. Eurovision is about APPRECIATION and it is important!
Me: I lo-
My family, friends, three hamsters, university lecturers, dead relatives: You love Eurovision. We know. You love Conchita Wurst and you love the little Russian Grannies and the fact that Ireland once just sent in a big fucking stuffed turkey called Dustin and got it to sing 'IRLANDE E DOUZE POINTS' specifically because it wanted to lose so it didn't have to pay to host next year. You love when for some reason Engelbert Humperdink went on as England's entry. We know. You love Eurovision. We know
MY GAY HEART WAS SCREAMING IM SO PROUD OF MY COUNTRY
can we talk about this or
Eurovision really is a WILD time
Y'all are forgetting when ireland entered a literal turkey puppet đ
