started my GBA journey on OCT 22
Hi i started my GBA journey on OCT 22. I weighed 238lbs and am 5'9". I'm from Florida. I do not currently have any health issues and thats why I'm starting this journey now so i don't start to get any issues! Im determined to be healthy for myself and for my family! My biggest obstacle so far is that i used to be a late night snacker and i drank soda. Surprisingly enough i had a caffeine headache for the first day and that was it. Day 14 results: 36 lbs down and 4 days of ZERO FOOD
Day 14: I have completely my second day of fasting. My last food intake was Wednesday at 5pm. Still going strong. I will sail right into Saturday with no food. Today was much easier. I only felt hungry one time and I drank the anti craving and the hunger went away. I don't know how long I plan on fasting but I will wait 6 hours once I decide to break it. I also didn't finish my morning dose. That was the first time. I'm posting a picture of my face and my results. #savingmylife Added: I did 1 day of ZERO FOOD and this is my second round and day 3 and altogether 4 days of ZERO FOOD only the Gastric Bypass ALTERNATIVE regimen and water.
