i was not built for college but unfortunately i was also not built for anything else
I cut my hair yesterday. I had the time of my life. Just me, music and my Diet Coke in a bathroom.
Today was my first day of school and I am thinking about becoming a smoker already ;-;
My rules 🌙🍂✨
•try to move as much as possible
•do mini workout even in bed
•no food after 6 pm, fast for at least 18 hours
•cut down sugar and fat
•small portions
•Thursday fasting the whole day
•5,000 minimum ( in school = 10.000)
•try to sleep 8 hours
• water (at least 1L)
Never more than 900 cals

What to do instead of eating

I am going to panic now . I have school in around 3 week again that’s not enough time to lose all my weight gosh . I will go full on strict d13t.
Please write me sth mean to get me going or else I never learn and tips (workout or drink ideas )
I found an old diet recipe book from I believe the 80s and let me tell you it’s my Bible now. Low cal recipes from soup, lunch box to dessert. Since I cook for myself because I like it and know what’s in there. My mom won't notice that I am on a d1et c: so I cook one lunch and a snack for dinner and she saw me and is happy. It has the cal amount on it and how many portions it would be in the end. Ahhh I'm so excited
